I claimed the daily login bonus on 8 sweepstakes casinos every single day for a month. No purchases, no deposits. Just the free stuff. Here's exactly what happened.

People keep asking me the same question: "How much can you actually make from sweepstakes casinos if you never spend a dime?" It's a fair question. Most of my earnings reports mix free bonuses with other methods, so the sweepstakes-only number gets lost.
So I ran a clean experiment. 30 days. 8 sites. Daily bonus only, no purchases. I tracked every coin earned, every coin wagered, and every dollar redeemed.
Two caveats before we get into it. First, I used Beat the Spin for auto-claiming on 6 of the 8 sites. The other two (High 5 Casino and McLuck) don't have auto-claim support yet, so I did those manually. Second, I'm an experienced player -- I know which games have the lowest house edge and when to stop. A brand-new player would probably do somewhat worse.
I picked these 8 because they all have daily login bonuses, no hard cap on free-play redemptions, and I've redeemed from all of them before without issues. I deliberately excluded A1/UTech brands because of the $25 lifetime cap.
| Site | Daily Bonus | Wagering Req | Min. Redemption |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chumba Casino | 0.3 SC + login streak bonus | 1x | $10 (100 SC) |
| Stake.us | 1 SC + rakeback | 3x | $25 (50 SC) |
| WOW Vegas | 0.3 SC (varies) | 1x | $10 (100 SC) |
| Pulsz | 0.3 SC daily wheel | 1x | $10 (100 SC) |
| Fortune Coins | 0.2 FC | 1x | $10 (500 FC) |
| High 5 Casino | 0.25 SC + timed bonuses | 2x | $10 (50 SC) |
| McLuck | 0.2 SC daily wheel | 1x | $10 (100 SC) |
| Zula Casino | 0.2 SC | 1x | $10 (50 SC) |
These numbers are approximate. Some sites vary the daily bonus based on streaks, VIP level, or promotions. I'm listing the base-level amount for a new free account.
Not much happens in week one. You're claiming fractions of Sweeps Coins each day and watching them pile up slowly. On most sites, you can't even redeem yet because you haven't hit the minimum threshold.
Total SC earned across all 8 sites by end of week 1: about 15 SC. That's roughly $15 in potential value, but I couldn't touch any of it yet. I hadn't done any wagering, so none of it was redeemable.
The temptation at this point is to just play slots with the coins and hope for a big hit. I didn't do that. I waited until I had a bigger bankroll to play through.
By day 10, I had enough SC on Chumba and Stake.us to start playing through the wagering requirements. I played blackjack on both sites. It has the lowest house edge (around 0.5% with basic strategy), which means I keep more of my coins during wagering.
Chumba was straightforward. 1x wagering on 3 SC means I had to wager 3 SC total. I played blackjack with $0.20 bets and was done in about 10 minutes. Ended up with 2.8 SC after the house edge took its cut.
Stake.us was slower because of the 3x requirement. I had 7 SC and needed to wager 21 SC worth. That took about 30 minutes of $0.50 blackjack hands. Finished with 5.2 SC. The 3x multiplier hurts.
By day 18, I had redeemable balances on three sites: Chumba (11.2 SC), Stake.us (14.8 SC after rakeback), and WOW Vegas (9.1 SC). I redeemed from Chumba first as a test -- $10. It processed in 4 business days, straight to my bank account.
Stake.us was interesting. Their rakeback system gave me an extra 3-4 SC over the course of the month that I hadn't counted in my daily bonus totals. It's based on how much you wager, so the more you play through your free coins, the more rakeback you earn. Nice feedback loop.
The last week I focused on playing through the remaining wagering requirements and submitting redemptions. I had a lucky session on Pulsz where I hit a 40x on a $0.10 bet, which added 4 SC to my balance out of nowhere. Variance works both ways, and this time it worked in my favor.
I also had my only bad session this month: I lost about 3 SC on Zula Casino in a 15-minute blackjack run where I couldn't buy a hand. That's a reminder that even with a 0.5% house edge, short-term results can swing. Over 30 days though, the math tends to flatten out.
$197 in 30 days from free bonuses only. No purchases, no deposits.
A few of those redemptions were still processing at the time of writing, but all eight sites have paid me before, so I'm counting them as redeemed.
Here's the part nobody talks about. $197 sounds nice until you look at the time.
About 6 hours across the whole month. That's roughly $33/hour. Not bad for clicking a button and playing some blackjack, but also not life-changing money.
The auto-claiming is what makes this viable. Without Beat the Spin, the daily claiming alone would eat an extra 15-20 minutes per day -- that's 7.5-10 additional hours in a month, which would cut the effective hourly rate roughly in half. At that point you'd need to really enjoy the process to justify the time.
Chumba is the best site for pure bonus extraction, and it's not close. Lowest wagering requirement (1x), most generous daily bonus relative to other sites, fastest redemptions. If you only play one sweepstakes site, play Chumba.
Stake.us makes up for the 3x wagering with rakeback. The base wagering requirement is the toughest of the group, but the rakeback effectively gives you back a chunk of what you lose during playthrough. Net result is competitive with the 1x sites.
The long tail sites are barely worth it individually. McLuck and Zula earned me $8-12 each over the month. With auto-claiming that's fine -- it's passive. Without it, I wouldn't bother.
Streaks matter. Several sites give you bonus multipliers for consecutive daily claims. Missing one day resets the streak. Beat the Spin handles this automatically, which is why I recommend it. Consistency is where the money is.
$197/month is the floor, not the ceiling. This was a no-purchase, no-promotion month. If you add in mail-in bonuses, social media promotions, and the occasional lucky session, you'd do better. My usual monthly sweepstakes number is $250-350 because I catch those extras.
This isn't a replacement for matched betting or casino +EV. Those methods make 4-5x more per month with similar time investment. Sweepstakes bonuses are best as passive background income that runs alongside your other plays. Think of it as the base layer.
Beat the Spin claims your daily bonuses automatically. Set it up once, check in twice a week.
