Each score weighs seven things we can actually check: redemption reliability, KYC fairness, terms honesty, playthrough math, track record, independent reviews, and support responsiveness. Redemption (whether real players get paid, and how fast) carries the most weight, because a generous bonus is worthless if the cashout never clears. A confirmed non-payment or a state ban can drop an operator a full tier; a clean payout history lifts it. We don't average marketing claims. We weigh evidence, cite it, and date it.

Players file anonymous "did you get paid?" reports on every operator page. Once verified, they feed average-days-to-pay stats as they accumulate. No operator can spin that. Where we've cashed out ourselves, the receipts are logged as first-hand tests (amounts, method, and how many days it actually took) so the redemption numbers trace back to real money moving, not a marketing page's promise.
