The verdict
30 days to produce verification documents before the account can be closed (ToS s8)
PlayFame looks like a payer on paper, and our own redemptions back that up: four of our cash-outs here have paid, $371.00 across the logged receipts, the fastest in about a day and one in about three. Complaint data is not yet collected, so the rest of the judgment rests on published terms and track record.
The terms set real verification hurdles: photo ID, a utility bill, possibly payslips or bank statements, with 30 days to deliver before the account can be closed. Coins can be forfeited if the account is terminated, at the operator’s discretion, and disputes go to individual arbitration. The soft spot in our scoring is terms honesty, at 45 the lowest factor on the page: a 2026 Reddit thread reports an undisclosed per-spin deduction, “takes 10 cents off every spin,” that is not written into the terms. Support is the next-weakest at 65.
Players who want help on tap when something stalls may want to look at our top-ranked operators first. PlayFame fits players who keep documents ready and redeem above its $75 minimum without drama.

| Confirmed delivered | 2 | $371 |

Timed delivered payouts are counted again inside the confirmed delivered row, so this column is not a running total. Only confirmed delivered payouts produce a payout figure anywhere on this page.

Payout time: 2.5d to 2.8d across 2 timed payouts. Measured only on delivered payouts that carry both a request and a received timestamp, so a payout we could not time is never averaged in.
Incomplete detail on 2 of 2: each gap is labelled on its row, and a figure we do not hold is left out of the totals rather than counted as zero.

Rubric band (methodology)
Scored in the 40-59 band of the terms-of-service honesty rubric: the operator's terms of service and sweeps rules disclose core redemption mechanics, but material mechanics remain undisclosed and the two documents contradict each other.
Evidence type: Operator terms. Reviewed and approved by Noah Rafkin on August 12, 2026.
Primary-source read of PlayFame's Terms of Service v2.5 (July 15, 2026) and Sweepstakes Rules v1.8 (February 23, 2026) on August 12, 2026. Core redemption mechanics are disclosed: $1 per Sweeps Coin with a 75-coin minimum for cash prizes and a 10-coin minimum for gift cards, one redemption per 48 hours, up to 10 days of processing, and a discretionary $10,000-per-day cap. But the two documents contradict each other: the Terms of Service no longer contain any sweepstakes provisions and state that Virtual Coins are non-redeemable and carry no cash value, while the Sweepstakes Rules assert those same Terms govern sweepstakes participation and make Sweeps Coins redeemable for prizes. The rules page also displays version 1.8 while the operator's own CMS lists a later 1.9 revision as the published page, and the previously reported per-spin deduction remains undisclosed in either document. The current factor value of 45 is consistent with this read.
Virtual Coins are non-redeemable, non-transferrable, and carry no cash value.

The current official terms say games are currently played using Gold Coins and grant only an entertainment license. No current redeemable-currency multiplier is published. Under the fixed rubric, documented no playthrough belongs in the 90-100 band.

BonusBandit's notes on PlayFame
What our own cashouts looked like
BonusBandit’s testing has put real money through PlayFame and pulled it back out. The reconciled payout record higher up this page is generated from our database and carries the current count, total and timing, so read that as the live figure. Behind it sit two receipts: a $224.00 redemption marked Success (requested 2026-05-27, received 2026-05-30) and a $147.00 redemption marked Success (received 2026-04-29), both with transaction identifiers on file and redacted from public display. An older email-derived record from Noah’s own account history shows two-for-two successful redemptions before that, with KYC clearing in a single cycle and approved the same day. That instant-KYC result is why the KYC factor sits at 90.
That payout history is the single biggest reason PlayFame holds a trusted verdict. Plenty of operators talk a good game; far fewer have a paper trail of actually paying a tester, with receipts and dates.
The thing PlayFame actually does differently
Most sweepstakes casinos are a lobby and a coin store. PlayFame is built around creators. The whole pitch, stated plainly on its homepage as “the only sweepstakes casino where you get to Play Together with your favorite creators, where you win when they do,” is that you follow streamers like NG Slot, Slot Hopper, or Jackpot Beauties and share the same multipliers they hit on a live spin. There are weekly creator giveaways layered on top, and a “Loyalty Club” tier system. Whether that social hook matters to you is a taste question, but it genuinely differentiates the product; it isn’t a reskin of the standard Chumba-style template.
Underneath the streamer layer it’s a conventional, well-stocked casino: 1,500+ slot games (confirmed on the live site today) from real providers including Playson, Novomatic, Evoplay, and Relax Gaming, plus a growing live-dealer room with blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Crash Live. PlayFame ships exclusive titles too: our catalog has logged names like Sweat Streak, Mad Hit Diamonds Deluxe, and Booming Buffalo Hold and Win Extreme 25,000. Daily Rewards drop free Sweeps and Gold Coins just for logging in. When we tracked the daily bonus across a full week in June, the SC drip was small and uneven: 0.1, 1, then a run of 0.25 days, with a 2.5 SC pop on the seventh day, so treat “free daily SC” as a trickle, not a bankroll.
The friction worth knowing about
Here’s the part that keeps the score honest, and it is the biggest watchout on the card: ToS honesty scores 45, the lowest factor. The redemption minimum is 75 SC, and multiple Reddit reports describe an undisclosed per-spin deduction. One r/SwagBucks writeup puts it bluntly: it “takes 10 cents off every spin,” a mechanic players say isn’t spelled out in the terms (r/SwagBucks). We score the payouts as real and reasonably fast, but the math to get to a payout is less transparent than it should be, and that gap between what the terms say and what the game does is the main thing dragging on the verdict. Support is the other soft spot at 65: 24/7 chat, email, and phone are advertised, but the factor reflects mixed responsiveness rather than the round-the-clock promise.
Sentiment is no longer a blocked read: the player-reviews factor was rebuilt on 2026-07-02 from a live Trustpilot aggregate of 4.2/5 over 2,713 reviews (about a 16% one-to-two-star share), which puts reviews at 82.
Where you can play it
PlayFame accepts players across a wide majority of US states, but it has begun to trim: it stopped accepting Indiana players effective 2026-06-30, our first recorded exit for the brand. The other notable exclusions are the usual sweepstakes-hostile jurisdictions: it does not accept New York, Washington, Michigan, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, Connecticut, Kentucky, Maryland, Louisiana, Delaware, or West Virginia. One quirk to flag: PlayFame’s own terms set a 21+ minimum age, which is stricter than the 18+ most of its accepted states allow for sweepstakes. The operator’s rule wins, so plan around 21 regardless of your state. See our legal tracker for state-by-state detail.
The sister-site question
PlayFame’s operating entity on record is PlayFame Operations Limited, and our database maps the brand into the B-Two Operations Limited sister group alongside spin-blitz, mc-luck and hello-millions. That is worth knowing because sibling behavior often colors a verdict: a problem at one brand in a group is worth checking against its relatives. The Ownership block higher up this page renders the current group from the database, so treat that as the live list if membership changes.
How it stacks up
PlayFame lands level with spin-blitz, a same-group brand under B-Two Operations Limited, at the top of the trusted tier, a notch ahead of mega-bonanza and wow-vegas, and clear of gainz, sportzino and jackpota. It also sits above pulsz and mc-luck, the latter another B-Two brand; the leaderboard card on each page carries the current number. If the creator angle does nothing for you, spin-blitz (same group) or mega-bonanza are the cleaner picks at a similar tier; if it does, PlayFame is the only one offering it. Full side-by-sides live on our compare tool, and the math is in the methodology.
What we’re watching
Two things would move this score. Upward: PlayFame clarifying that per-spin deduction in plain language in its terms would lift the 45 ToS-honesty factor off its low and likely push the total up. Downward: a pattern of the per-spin mechanic being applied without disclosure, a stalled payout in a future test, or the support experience deteriorating below its already-modest mark. As of now the payouts are real and documented with receipts, and the footprint is wide; the asterisk is transparency, not solvency.
Verified against BonusBandit’s live database on 2026-08-30; that check corrected the redemption count and the received dates in the cashout section, and corrected the sister-site section, which had stated no shared-ownership group for a brand our database maps into B-Two Operations Limited. First-hand tests and delivered redemptions as logged; external signals from PlayFame.com (scraped 2026-06-25) and a r/SwagBucks player report; player-reviews factor rebuilt 2026-07-02 from a live Trustpilot aggregate of 4.2/5 over 2,713 reviews.

What's the daily bonus really worth?
A daily bonus is free play, but its real worth depends on how hard it is to clear and whether PlayFame actually pays out.
Observed daily reward 0.5 SC/day + 200 GC/day Measured Averaged in person over 12 logged observations (2026-06-14 → 2026-08-12). ~$172/year projected, at 1× playthrough, before payout risk
Risk to collect Reliable payouts on record
| Period | GC accumulated | SC accumulated | Potential cash value |
|---|---|---|---|
| 7 days | 1,400 | 3.5 | ~$3.30 |
| 30 days | 6,000 | 14.9 | ~$14.13 |
| 365 days (annualized) | 73,000 | 181 | ~$172 |
Annualized figures are a projection, not a promise. They assume you claim the bonus every day and PlayFame's bonus structure holds steady. Daily bonuses change often; values shown as of 2026-08-12.
How this is calculated
We start from 0.5 SC per day (the average across the logged days), multiply by the number of days, divide by the playthrough (1× unless we've actually measured otherwise), then take a small RTP haircut, and nothing else. That's the value PlayFame offers:
- playthrough 1× playthrough (the sweeps norm), then a 5% RTP haircut
- ToS signal PlayFame's ToS playthrough language rates 100 → clean 1× playthrough. Almost every sweeps site is 1× in practice, so this is a TRUST read; it doesn't move the cash figure.
Why isn't redemption in the formula? Because how reliably PlayFame actually pays out is a separate question from how much it puts on the table. Discounting the dollar figure by redemption made a slow-paying operator look like it offered a smaller bonus, which is backwards. So payout reliability is shown above as the risk-to-collect badge, never baked into the number. PlayFame's redemption factor is 87 → reliable payouts on record.
We assume 1 SC ≈ $1 at redemption and that you claim the bonus every day. Averaged in person over 12 logged observations (2026-06-14 → 2026-08-12). The annual figure assumes the bonus structure stays stable. Full formula on the methodology page.

What's a purchase really worth?
Drag to see what a real spend at PlayFame models out to. The coin amounts come from 2 coin packages we paid for and logged. Nothing below is a payout promise.
Evidence behind this estimate: 2 logged packages · 0 completed purchase-to-payout cycles · 2 delivered redemptions.
You receive 98 to 100 SC (the redeemable coin)

The same coins after one assumed 1x wagering cycle, at a 5% house edge per cycle.
Modeled against $75 spent: +$19 to +$20 125% to 127% of spend
- 1 SC is counted at $1 at redemption, the standard prize-coin convention.
- Wagering is assumed at one 1x cycle. We have not measured a higher one here, and we do not infer one from the terms rubric.
- A 5% house edge is applied per wagering cycle, from typical slot return-to-player.
- None of this is discounted for whether PlayFame pays. That question is the delivered-payout record, 2 delivered redemptions so far, and it is kept separate rather than folded in as a multiplier.
The range is the cheapest and richest coins-per-dollar we actually paid (1.31 to 1.33 SC per $1). Packages we have not bought, and promotional pricing we have not seen, can land outside it. No purchase here has been played through to a delivered payout end to end yet, so the wagering assumption is untested at this operator.

What the factor scores say, and what they are not: our terms review scores this operator's playthrough language at 100/100, and redemption reliability scores 87/100. A playthrough score rates how squarely the terms commit to a wagering multiplier, not the wagering you would face. A redemption score rates whether payouts arrive and arrive on time, not a share of your money coming back. Neither one is used in the figures above. See the methodology.

Report your PlayFame experience
Cashed out, stalled, or stonewalled? Tell us what happened. No account needed, and we never publish your name. Dates, amounts, and methods are what make a report usable.
- You send it. It is not public, and it is not evidence yet.
- A person reads it, usually within 48 hours. Nothing posts automatically.
- If it holds up we publish it with the community reports for PlayFame. Some reports get logged and never published.
No report changes the Trust Score. The score is computed from the seven factors, and a submission cannot move it. Community reports also stay separate from our first-hand tests, which are cashouts we paid for and recorded ourselves.
