Trust scores come from the seven-factor composite described on the methodology page. First-hand redemption times are measured by us submitting real cashouts with real money. Complaint penalties are derived from corroborated public complaint data (Trustpilot patterns, AskGamblers AGCCS cases, BBB filings) applied to a documented penalty rubric.
