Where the score actually comes from

Jackpota lands in our trusted tier, but that single number hides an unusually lopsided factor sheet. Two of its seven scored factors are strong: KYC and redemption both sit near the top of the scale. One is genuinely weak: support, which we marked down hard. Most operators we score cluster their factors within a tight band; Jackpota’s wide spread, from a near-perfect KYC mark down to a deeply unflattering support mark, is the story of this page. The high marks lean on an older verification record we have not been able to refresh, and the low one reflects a support reputation we could not reconcile.

What our first-hand testing actually covers

We have not logged a delivered cashout from Jackpota. Our three first-hand tests consist of a week of daily-bonus observations and a KYC pass, none of them producing a redemption receipt sitting in our database. What the daily grind actually looks like

The more recent test is the more mundane and, frankly, more useful one. Across seven consecutive days (June 14–20) the daily login bonus paid a flat 0.2 SC per day: no variance, no mystery wheel, no escalating streak reward. That is a real number we watched land seven times in a row. At a minimum redemption of 100 SC, the math is sobering: the daily free bonus alone would take you 500 days to reach a single cashout. Jackpota is plainly built around purchase-driven play, with the free path existing mostly to satisfy the sweepstakes legal model rather than to be a realistic route to a prize.

What Jackpota does differently

On the site today, Jackpota leads with “Over 1,500 Games” (one section more conservatively says “over 700 Vegas-style casino games”), a “100% MORE COINS + 75 FREE SPINS” join offer, and the 7,500 Gold Coins signup popup our database recorded. To the brand’s credit, the homepage is explicit about the legal posture: “NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. FREE FOREVER,” and “a purchase will not increase your chances of winning” (verified on https://jackpota.com, 2026-06-25). It runs a daily free-spins promo and a refer-a-friend program that pays “free coins when your friends perform their first purchase,” plus a “Loyalty Club.” Support is advertised as 24/7 across chat, email, and phone: there is even a US payment line, +1 (719) 497-1126, on the page.

The support gap

That advertised 24/7 support is precisely where the score and the public record diverge. Our complaint-mining pulled an account reported locked since November 18 with no reply, plus inconsistent response times, which is what dragged f_support down to the bottom of its range with no positive first-hand support metric to offset it. We could not independently re-verify the broader review picture at draft time: Trustpilot returned HTTP 403 and Reddit was unreachable from our fetch environment. Our last recorded read had Trustpilot around 4.4 stars, offset by Reddit threads openly questioning whether anyone actually cashes out, which is why f_reviews is anchored at a deliberately middling level rather than tracking the star rating upward.

The state map

Jackpota accepts players across a majority of US states and is notable mostly for one quirk: it exited both Indiana and Maine on 2026-06-14, the same date our legal tracker flagged a wave of operator pullbacks. It also enforces a 21+ minimum age in its own terms of service, stricter than the 18+ floor in most of the states it serves, so its own ToS, not the local law, is the binding number for most players. Honest comparisons

Jackpota sits roughly level with wow-vegas and sportzino, and just under the higher end of the trusted cluster occupied by play-fame and mega-bonanza. The cleanest contrast is mega-bonanza, which earns its edge partly on a current delivered cashout we logged ourselves. Jackpota has no such logged redemption on our books: the gap to keep in mind when the two scores look close. It still rates well clear of caution-tier names like pulsz and mc-luck. What we’re watching

Two events would move this score. Up: a first-hand redemption that we redeem and log in public (ideally screenshotted) would finally put real evidence behind that strong redemption factor instead of an old note. Down: any further confirmation of the unanswered-support pattern, or another state exit following IN and ME, would weigh on an already weak support factor and the state-coverage picture.
