The verdict
Coins expire and the account can be closed after 60 days of inactivity (ToS Sections 4.9, 6.11)
Jackpota pays, as far as our scoring can see: redemption and track record are both among its stronger factors, and we now have a first-hand redemption of our own on file, a $117.10 ACH cash-out marked delivered. Read it as one confirmed payout rather than a streak: the delivered rows carry the same $117.10 figure and the same April date and look like a single record logged twice, so we are not counting it as a run of cashouts.
The bigger issue is the paperwork. The Terms of Service (v2.5) govern only non-redeemable Virtual Coins and state there is “no opportunity for a User on the Platform to win real-money or any prize” outside promotional contests (Section 2.1) - the sweepstakes redemption mechanics the product is built around are not documented in the terms we fetched, which is what drags down its terms-honesty factor. Two clauses to know: accounts inactive for 60 days can be closed without notice and their coins expire (Sections 4.9, 6.11), and disputes go to individual JAMS arbitration unless you opt out within 30 days.
This fits players who log in regularly and redeem above the $100 minimum; occasional players who let accounts sit should skip it.

Rubric band (methodology)
The Terms honesty factor (0-100) - 90-100: clear language, no hidden caps, redemption rules stated up-front, no class-action waiver, dispute resolution accessible; 70-89: mostly clear, some buried caveats but no traps; 50-69: standard sweeps boilerplate, redemption rules require careful reading; 30-49: misleading marketing vs ToS, hidden caps, complex playthrough lock-ins; 0-29: explicit player-hostile clauses such as refunds excluded, redemptions invalidatable at will, or indefinite KYC freezes.
Evidence type: Operator terms. Researched and written by Noah Rafkin on July 31, 2026.
The official terms exclude refunds for any reason, permit forfeiture after suspension or termination, waive tracking-related claims, and impose individual arbitration and a class-action waiver. The fixed rubric places that combination in its lowest band.

BonusBandit's notes on Jackpota
Where the score actually comes from
Jackpota lands in our trusted tier, and the factor sheet behind that number is unusually lopsided. Five of its seven scored factors sit in the strong band (70 and up): playthrough at 100, KYC at 90, player reviews at 85, redemption at 84, and track record at 83. The two that drag are terms honesty at 25 and support at 30, the one we marked down hardest. Most operators we score cluster their factors within a tight band; Jackpota’s wide spread, from a perfect playthrough mark down to a deeply unflattering support mark, is the story of this page.
What our first-hand testing actually covers
We now have a delivered redemption on file here. Our own record shows a **Standard ACH payout marked Success to a masked account ending **3034, captured as a screenshot in our evidence, and our 2026-06-01 test cashed out 1 of 1 requests in about 1.05 days. The receipts panel reports two delivered redemptions totalling $117.10, and the requested-redemptions table shows an identical pair (the same $117.10 figure on the same Apr 26, 2026 date), so we read the ledger as a single payout duplicated rather than two separate cashouts. That is why we lean on the receipt itself, one verified ACH success we can show you, rather than a headcount. It is a real payout, not the older email-mined note the factor once rested on. Our methodology explains how first-hand evidence feeds the score. What we have not yet done is redeem a second, independent time to clear the duplicated pair, so treat the payout evidence as one confirmed cashout, not a long track of them.
What the daily grind actually looks like
The more recent test is the more mundane and, frankly, more useful one. Across seven consecutive days (June 14–20) the daily login bonus paid a flat 0.2 SC per day: no variance, no mystery wheel, no escalating streak reward. That is a real number we watched land seven times in a row. At a minimum redemption of 100 SC, the math is sobering: the daily free bonus alone would take you 500 days to reach a single cashout. Jackpota is plainly built around purchase-driven play, with the free path existing mostly to satisfy the sweepstakes legal model rather than to be a realistic route to a prize.
What Jackpota does differently
On the site today, Jackpota leads with “Over 1,500 Games” (one section more conservatively says “over 700 Vegas-style casino games”), a “100% MORE COINS + 75 FREE SPINS” join offer, and the 7,500 Gold Coins signup popup our database recorded. To the brand’s credit, the homepage is explicit about the legal posture: “NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. FREE FOREVER,” and “a purchase will not increase your chances of winning” (verified on https://jackpota.com, 2026-06-25). It runs a daily free-spins promo and a refer-a-friend program that pays “free coins when your friends perform their first purchase,” plus a “Loyalty Club.” Support is advertised as 24/7 across chat, email, and phone: there is even a US payment line, +1 (719) 497-1126, on the page.
The support gap
That advertised 24/7 support is precisely where the score and the public record diverge. Our complaint-mining pulled an account reported locked since November 18 with no reply, plus inconsistent response times, which is what dragged the support factor down to the bottom of its range with no positive first-hand support metric to offset it. Player reviews now pull the other way: a 2026-07-02 sentiment refresh rebuilt the reviews factor from a live Trustpilot aggregate of 4.5/5 over 8,505 reviews (13% at 1-2 stars), which is why that factor tracks the current star rating at 85 rather than the middling reading we carried before. Support, not sentiment, is the soft spot now.
The state map
Jackpota accepts players across a majority of US states and is notable mostly for one quirk: it exited both Indiana and Maine on 2026-06-14, the same date our legal tracker flagged a wave of operator pullbacks. It also enforces a 21+ minimum age in its own terms of service, stricter than the 18+ floor in most of the states it serves, so its own ToS, not the local law, is the binding number for most players. Beyond IN and ME, it stays out of the usual restricted markets (CA, NY, NJ, NV, WA, MI, and others). If you are in Indiana or Maine, this brand is closed to you as of mid-June.
Parent company and the lack of siblings
Jackpota’s parent is Silver Social Operations Limited. Unusually for our catalog, we have mapped it to no sister sites: there is no VGW-style network or shared-platform sibling to lean on for reputation read-across. That cuts both ways: there is no sibling scandal to taint it, but also no track record from a larger family to vouch for it.
Honest comparisons
Jackpota sits a point under sportzino, a few under wow-vegas, and further under the higher end of the trusted cluster occupied by play-fame and mega-bonanza. Mega-bonanza keeps its edge on a deeper set of delivered cashouts we logged ourselves; Jackpota’s own payout record is thinner, one verified ACH success that the ledger appears to have duplicated, so keep that difference in mind when the two scores look close. Jackpota still rates clear of pulsz and mc-luck, which sit level with each other just below it. Line these up side by side on our compare tool, where the live scores sit next to each other.
What we’re watching
Two events would move this score. Up: a second, independent redemption that clears the duplicated Apr 26 pair would turn one verified payout into a genuine track record behind that strong redemption factor. Down: any further confirmation of the unanswered-support pattern, or another state exit following IN and ME, would weigh on an already weak support factor and the state-coverage picture.
Verified against BonusBandit’s live database on 2026-07-23; first-hand tests as logged, including a Standard ACH redemption receipt marked Success; player-reviews factor from a 2026-07-02 live Trustpilot refresh (4.5/5 over 8,505 reviews); other external signals from a live fetch of https://jackpota.com.

What's the daily bonus really worth?
A daily bonus is free play, but its real worth depends on how hard it is to clear and whether Jackpota actually pays out.
Observed daily reward 0.2 SC/day Measured Averaged in person over 7 logged observations (2026-06-14 → 2026-06-20). ~$69.35/year projected, at 1× playthrough, before payout risk
Risk to collect Reliable payouts on record
| Period | GC accumulated | SC accumulated | Potential cash value |
|---|---|---|---|
| 7 days | – | 1.4 | ~$1.33 |
| 30 days | – | 6.0 | ~$5.70 |
| 365 days (annualized) | – | 73 | ~$69.35 |
Annualized figures are a projection, not a promise. They assume you claim the bonus every day and Jackpota's bonus structure holds steady. Daily bonuses change often; values shown as of 2026-06-20.
How this is calculated
We start from 0.2 SC per day (the average across the logged days), multiply by the number of days, divide by the playthrough (1× unless we've actually measured otherwise), then take a small RTP haircut, and nothing else. That's the value Jackpota offers:
- playthrough 1× playthrough (the sweeps norm), then a 5% RTP haircut
- ToS signal Jackpota's ToS playthrough language rates 100 → clean 1× playthrough. Almost every sweeps site is 1× in practice, so this is a TRUST read; it doesn't move the cash figure.
Why isn't redemption in the formula? Because how reliably Jackpota actually pays out is a separate question from how much it puts on the table. Discounting the dollar figure by redemption made a slow-paying operator look like it offered a smaller bonus, which is backwards. So payout reliability is shown above as the risk-to-collect badge, never baked into the number. Jackpota's redemption factor is 84 → reliable payouts on record.
We assume 1 SC ≈ $1 at redemption and that you claim the bonus every day. Averaged in person over 7 logged observations (2026-06-14 → 2026-06-20). The annual figure assumes the bonus structure stays stable. Full formula on the methodology page.

What's a purchase really worth?
We do not yet have enough first-hand evidence to estimate purchase value, effective playthrough, or redemption success for this operator.
What we hold for Jackpota: 0 logged packages · 0 completed purchase-to-payout cycles · 2 delivered redemptions.
We model coin value only from packages we paid for ourselves, and only once there is a payout record showing the coins can be collected. Until we have bought and logged a coin package at Jackpota, there is nothing here to model from.
What the factor scores do say: our terms review scores this operator's playthrough language at 100/100, and redemption reliability scores 84/100. A playthrough score rates how squarely the terms commit to a wagering multiplier, not the wagering you would face. A redemption score rates whether payouts arrive and arrive on time, not a share of your money coming back. Neither one can stand in for the tests we have not run here. See the methodology.
