The verdict

we don’t accept bank statements as proof of residency (Zula support, ticket 1887226, 2026-04-30)

Zula’s verification record never showed a clean pass. Our email-derived test log (2026-06-01) records nine verification cycles, every one rejected, and our account shows as never verified in those records. Zula’s own tickets state the policy: on ticket 1887226 (2026-04-30) it wrote “we don’t accept bank statements as proof of residency,” and on ticket 1890844 the next day it declined further documents because “the attached file does not match the details on your account.” Our separate payout ledger now records one delivered redemption totaling $700. Those records conflict, so we report both instead of treating the unresolved KYC history as proof that no payment landed.

Support made the wall worse. Our logged metrics show eight interactions with a median first response around 68 hours (range 1.5 to 101 hours, email-derived log, 2026-06-01), and the verification status ticket we opened on 2026-04-30 never got a first response at all. Support is the weakest factor on this page. The terms are their own gap: when we scored terms honesty on 2026-06-14, the document at Zula’s terms URL was a truncated error page and cookie notice with no redemption, dispute, or gameplay rules, so that factor sits at a neutral midpoint because there was nothing to evaluate.

The crowd likes Zula more than our account experience does: Trustpilot shows 4.6 of 5 across 33,733 reviews with 7% at 1 or 2 stars (pulled 2026-07-03), though the themes in the negative tail (KYC problems, redemption delays, account closures) match the wall we hit. Our own play testing (2026-05-25) logged the largest game library in its sister family and a daily login bonus we rated the family’s best value at the time. Zula shares its sister group with Sportzino, American Luck, Luck Party, Fortune Wins, Yay Casino, and Win Bonanza, and our payout study documents the same rejection wording across those brands, so a verification problem at one is in practice a verification problem at all of them.

If you want Zula for the games and the daily bonus, verify on day one and confirm you can produce a utility bill that satisfies the residency requirement before any purchase. One delivered $700 redemption is useful first-hand evidence, but the contradictory KYC record means we would still keep an initial purchase and redemption small.

Rubric band (methodology)

The Terms honesty factor (0-100): Scoring framework for terms transparency:
- 90-100: clear language, no hidden caps, redemption rules stated up-front, no class-action waiver, dispute resolution accessible
- 70-89: mostly clear, some buried caveats but no traps
- 50-69: standard sweeps boilerplate, redemption rules require careful reading
- 30-49: misleading marketing vs ToS, hidden caps, complex playthrough lock-ins
- 0-29: explicit player-hostile clauses (refunds excluded, redemptions invalidatable at will, indefinite KYC freezes)

Evidence type: Operator terms. Reviewed and approved by Noah Rafkin on June 14, 2026.

The provided text is not a Terms of Service document; it is a truncated error page and cookie notice. It contains no redemption rules, dispute resolution terms, class-action waivers, or gameplay conditions, so it cannot be scored for transparency. Per the rubric, when the ToS is silent on the factor, the score defaults to the boilerplate middle.

BonusBandit's notes on Zula

Our first-hand verification: the one that stayed stuck

Zula is a Blazesoft sister brand, and of the whole family it gave us the hardest verification wall: the one that never came down.

Starting in late April 2026, Zula rejected our verification with the family’s shared template: it explicitly would not accept a bank statement as proof of residency and demanded a utility bill or local-authority document instead. We supplied documents and were rejected again across early May (the back-and-forth ran through roughly 05-04 to 05-07). The identical wording across Zula and its Blazesoft siblings is a strong sign of a single shared compliance backend. You can see the whole cluster on our KYC turnaround comparison.

The difference is the outcome. Where American Luck, Win Bonanza, and Luck Party eventually cleared us once we resubmitted the exact document, Zula stayed stuck: our verification never completed on our records.

What this does and doesn’t establish

An incomplete verification record isn’t proof of bad faith, and it is not the whole payout record. Our separate cashout ledger now shows one delivered redemption totaling $700. Because that payment conflicts with the email-derived KYC history above, we preserve both facts instead of forcing a clean narrative. If you’re set on Zula, confirm you can produce a utility bill that satisfies the requirement, verify on day one, and keep the first purchase and redemption small. See our methodology for how this factors into the score.

Based on Bonus Bandit’s first-hand account experience (KYC rejected 2026-04-30 and again 2026-05-04 to 2026-05-07, bank statement explicitly refused; never verified in the email-derived record) and checked against the live payout ledger on 2026-08-11. The payout ledger separately records one delivered $700 redemption.

What's the daily bonus really worth?

A daily bonus is free play, but its real worth depends on how hard it is to clear and whether Zula actually pays out.

Observed daily reward 1.0 SC/day Measured Averaged in person over 7 logged observations (2026-06-14 → 2026-06-20). ~$347/year projected, at 1× playthrough, before payout risk

7 days 7.0 ~$6.65
30 days 30 ~$28.50
365 days (annualized) 365 ~$347

Annualized figures are a projection, not a promise. They assume you claim the bonus every day and Zula's bonus structure holds steady. Daily bonuses change often; values shown as of 2026-06-20.

SC recorded in each of 7 logged observations.
2026-06-14 (Su): 1.0 SC Su 2026-06-15 (Mo): 1.0 SC Mo 2026-06-16 (Tu): 1.0 SC Tu 2026-06-17 (We): 1.0 SC We 2026-06-18 (Th): 1.0 SC Th 2026-06-19 (Fr): 1.0 SC Fr 2026-06-20 (Sa): 1.0 SC Sa
How this is calculated

We start from 1.0 SC per day (the average across the logged days), multiply by the number of days, divide by the playthrough (1× unless we've actually measured otherwise), then take a small RTP haircut, and nothing else. That's the value Zula offers:

  • playthrough 1× playthrough (the sweeps norm), then a 5% RTP haircut
  • ToS signal Zula's ToS playthrough language rates 100clean 1× playthrough. Almost every sweeps site is 1× in practice, so this is a TRUST read; it doesn't move the cash figure.

Why isn't redemption in the formula? Because how reliably Zula actually pays out is a separate question from how much it puts on the table. Discounting the dollar figure by redemption made a slow-paying operator look like it offered a smaller bonus, which is backwards. So payout reliability is shown above as the risk-to-collect badge, never baked into the number. Zula's redemption factor is 67mixed payout signals.

We assume 1 SC ≈ $1 at redemption and that you claim the bonus every day. Averaged in person over 7 logged observations (2026-06-14 → 2026-06-20). The annual figure assumes the bonus structure stays stable. Full formula on the methodology page.

What's a purchase really worth?

We do not yet have enough first-hand evidence to estimate purchase value, effective playthrough, or redemption success for this operator.

What we hold for Zula: 0 logged packages · 0 completed purchase-to-payout cycles · 1 delivered redemption.

We model coin value only from packages we paid for ourselves, and only once there is a payout record showing the coins can be collected. Until we have bought and logged a coin package at Zula, there is nothing here to model from.

What the factor scores do say: our terms review scores this operator's playthrough language at 100/100, and redemption reliability scores 67/100. A playthrough score rates how squarely the terms commit to a wagering multiplier, not the wagering you would face. A redemption score rates whether payouts arrive and arrive on time, not a share of your money coming back. Neither one can stand in for the tests we have not run here. See the methodology.
