McLuck pays: we hold three delivered cashouts of our own totaling $535 (a $143 and a $196 by standard ACH, plus a second $196 redemption confirmed on 2026-05-28), and its redemption and support factors are among the stronger ones in this group. The terms are why it still sits in Caution. The Terms of Service (v2.4, B-Two Operations Limited, Isle of Man) govern only non-redeemable Virtual Coins and never mention sweepstakes or prize-redemption mechanics; that opacity drags our terms-honesty factor well down.
Two clauses bite: “Virtual Coins will automatically expire” once an account is Dormant - defined as 60 days without coin play (Section 6.12) - and the account itself can be closed without notice (4.9). The score card above this text is generated from the database and states the base, the adjustments and the band, so read the current number there. What the prose can add is where the points go. One input is a single, real legal event: the City of Baltimore ex rel. Ebony Thompson v. VGW Holdings Ltd. et al. social-casino suit (Case No. C-24-CV-26-001646, Circuit Court for Baltimore City, e-filed 2026-03-04), which names B2Services (McLuck’s operating group) among six defendant groups alongside VGW (Chumba/LuckyLand), Pulsz, Stake.us, PTT/High 5 and Blazesoft. It is a municipal illegal-gambling theory, not a non-payment claim. The complaint penalty attached to it came off the national score on 2026-08-13, when the methodology narrowed so that legality-classification suits no longer reduce it. The suit is still pending, it remains logged on our legal tracker, and it still informs state-level adjustments.
The other drag is internal and bigger: McLuck’s terms-of-service honesty factor scores 25, by far its weakest input. A 60-day dormancy wipe and terms that never mention sweepstakes redemption are the kind of discretion that holds down an operator with otherwise strong redemption, playthrough, reviews, KYC and support factors. No report changes the Trust Score. The score is computed from the seven factors, and a submission cannot move it. Community reports also stay separate from our first-hand tests, which are cashouts we paid for and recorded ourselves.
