McLuck has delivered ACH payments to our account, but the current record does not measure their turnaround. Our first-purchase observation and daily-claim grid also describe older offers, while the public promotions page now advertises a staged welcome offer. A useful review needs to distinguish those purchases and promotions instead of presenting one old package as today’s universal welcome deal.

We checked the evidence, McLuck’s promotions page, and its current terms on September 7, 2026. The delivered receipts are the basis for our payment conclusion. The current site is the source for the newer promotional structure, which we have not personally completed.

What our ACH receipts establish

The May 28 receipt identifies ACH, a received date, and a delivered amount. The other recorded ACH payment has no received date. Neither supplies the paired timestamps needed for a reliable request-to-arrival measurement. It would be inaccurate to convert either into a speed claim using a support acknowledgement or an unrelated email.

This is evidence that McLuck paid our account through ACH, not a guarantee about the processing window for a new request. Someone comparing operators on speed should use the timed subset in the payout study, rather than ranking McLuck from the age or size of a receipt that was never fully timed.

The June account note records verification approval without a rejection cycle. A support interaction also has a very short recorded first-response interval. That measures the first reply to our message; it does not establish how quickly a difficult payment problem would be resolved. Our record contains no documented escalation case from which to make that promise.

The current welcome offer is staged

McLuck’s public promotions page now describes a welcome offer spanning the first several purchases, with different bundles and additional rewards. Our first-purchase table documents one historical package. It does not verify the later stages of the present offer, their eligibility conditions, or whether an existing account qualifies.

Compare each stage independently before treating the sequence as one offer. The price charged, Gold Coins, promotional Sweeps Coins, and any spins or other benefits need to be distinguishable. Adding advertised rewards from multiple stages while omitting the additional purchases needed to reach them would misstate what the initial payment buys.

Our recorded package’s coin-to-price ratio is a description of that purchase, not a predicted return. Promotional entries still have their own rules, and game outcomes can reduce a balance. The record offers no basis for claiming that completing later purchase stages recovers earlier spending.

Daily rewards and special promotions are different observations

The August daily grid contains several different recorded values followed by unobserved days. Empty cells are gaps in our logging, not proof of zero rewards. The variation also means a single daily observation should not be multiplied into a fixed monthly allowance.

The current promotions page separately lists daily login rewards, boosts and giveaways, tournaments, a jackpot feature, and loyalty offers. Those labels describe different programmes. A tournament reward or a limited boost should not be silently included in an ordinary daily-login figure. We have not tested every listed promotion or established a guaranteed reward from any of them.

For a tournament or jackpot offer, read its own entry and reward conditions. Its presence on the promotions page does not establish that all game modes participate identically, or that a visible headline prize is a typical result. Our ACH receipts are payment evidence, not a study of jackpot probability or promotional profitability.

The agreement behind the offer

The Terms of Service we reviewed distinguish licensed entertainment coins from promotional contests and permit account and payment checks. They identify B-Two Operations Limited as the operator and B2 Services OÜ as the payment-services agent. Preserve the actual names on a statement or message when connecting a purchase to its account record.

An old approved account does not verify every condition attached to a new promotion. Keep the dated offer and purchase confirmation with any later request, especially if a question concerns which stage was credited. That creates a much more useful record than a screenshot showing only the final combined coin balance.
