The verdict
The Sweepstakes Policy is only readable while signed in to an account; its public URL returned a 404 when we checked on 2026-07-06.
Crown Coins is the deepest first-hand payout ledger we hold without a published verdict, and the receipts lead. Our own account history shows 23 delivered bank-transfer redemptions with received dates running from 2025-09-24 through 2026-04-18, zero failures in the logged history. The 18 rows with a recorded amount total $12,120, from $50 up to a single $5,772 approval received on 2025-10-19. We hold 8 further approvals confirmed paid, but with no recorded delivery date we do not count them in that delivered figure. That history is why the redemption factor, lifted in our 2026-06-19 re-score, is among the strongest inputs on its card.
The soft signals back the receipts up. Four first-hand support contacts returned a roughly 29-minute median first response (0.39 to 0.58 hours), which raised the support factor on 2026-06-19. And the reviews factor is the highest on the card: our 2026-07-03 sentiment refresh read Trustpilot’s open feed directly and found 4.6 out of 5 across 261,355 reviews with a 5.8% negative share. The smaller Reddit sample from the same pull runs 12% negative, with account closures and redemption delays among the themes, so the picture is strong but not spotless.
The terms are why this is not a rave. Terms honesty is the weakest factor here. The Sweepstakes Policy (v2.5) and VIP terms are only readable while signed in to an account; their public URLs returned a 404 when we checked on 2026-07-06. What the signed-in policy says is mostly player-friendly (1x playthrough baseline, though the operator reserves the right to raise it to 10x; 50 SC minimum redemption; no redemption fees; 24 to 72 hour quoted approval, one request per 24 hours), but Sweeps Coins expire after 60 days without a login, and terms you cannot read before registering are a transparency problem on their own.
The map is shrinking, too. Crown Coins takes players 18 and up in most states but not California, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, or Washington (verified 2026-06-11), and its own help-center notices (observed 2026-07-06) moved New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut to social-mode only, converted Tennessee (SC redeemable until 2026-07-31) and Maine (until 2026-08-13), and restructured Indiana onto Sweeps Crown Tickets. It runs under Sunflower Limited with no mapped sister sites, so the score stands on its own behavior: no halo, no contagion.
If payout proof is your filter, this is one of the best-receipted operators we cover, and the full product walkthrough lives in our Crown Coins guide. The reasons to stay alert are the signed-in-only terms, the 60-day coin expiry if you play in bursts, and a state list that changed three times in 2026. Check your state before you register, and redeem before you go idle.

Terms honesty 25
25/100, weak (below 50).
Rubric band (methodology)
The Terms honesty factor (0-100) - 90-100: clear language, no hidden caps, redemption rules stated up-front, no class-action waiver, dispute resolution accessible; 70-89: mostly clear, some buried caveats but no traps; 50-69: standard sweeps boilerplate, redemption rules require careful reading; 30-49: misleading marketing vs ToS, hidden caps, complex playthrough lock-ins; 0-29: explicit player-hostile clauses such as refunds excluded, redemptions invalidatable at will, or indefinite KYC freezes.
Evidence type: Operator terms. Researched and written by Noah Rafkin on July 31, 2026.
The official terms make purchases final and nonrefundable, permit account closure and coin forfeiture at the operator's discretion, and require individual arbitration with a class-action waiver. The fixed rubric places that combination in its lowest band.

BonusBandit's notes on CrownCoins
Where CrownCoins lands on our scale
CrownCoins lands in our Trusted band, operated by Sunflower Limited and live at crowncoinscasino.com. That puts it mid-pack in the trusted tier: level with sportzino and gainz at the same number, a point above jackpota, six points ahead of meta-win, a notch under busier names like wow-vegas, and behind the pack leaders spin-blitz and play-fame. For the live number on every name here, the compare page is the source of truth.
The score is a composite, and its internal spread is the whole story. Playthrough and redemption are genuinely strong, and KYC and support both grade well. Player reviews now grade at the very top of the set. The softer signals drag: track record is middling and ToS honesty is the weakest factor of the group. The cashout mechanics look solid in our data; the operating history and the fine print are where we still hold reservations.
What CrownCoins does differently
The site leans hard on one promise it repeats across its homepage badges: “Lowest Play Required.” In a category where the real friction is almost never the games and almost always the wagering math before you can redeem, leading with a low-playthrough claim is a pointed pitch. The other badges (“Easy and Fast Redemption,” “24/7 Customer Support,” and “No Purchase Necessary”) are standard, but the playthrough emphasis sets the marketing apart from the usual coin-store copy.
The game library is supplied by a deep provider bench. BonusBandit’s testing confirmed Microgaming, Hacksaw, Playtech, Spinomenal, RubyPlay, Skywind, Evolution live dealer, Red Tiger, Reel Riot and Galaxys logos on the homepage provider rail (crowncoinscasino.com). That is a recognizable slate rather than a thin white-label catalog, and the Evolution presence means live tables, not just slots. Minimum redemption sits at 50 SC, on the lower end for the category.
On the redemption and playthrough numbers
The strong redemption and playthrough grades are not guesses. They trace to account history pulled in from CrownCoins email records (a PII-free, email-derived mine logged 2026-06-01) showing 18 successful redemptions against zero failures, with the note putting prize turnaround under four days. That history is what lifted the redemption factor sharply in our 2026-06-19 re-score.
We want to be precise about what our cash-out ledger now displays. Our CashoutProof module currently shows delivered receipts from CrownCoins totaling $15,528 across a set of redemptions, each with identifiers redacted. Two caveats keep us honest about that figure. First, most rows carry a received date (they run from late 2025 into April 2026) but none records a request-to-payout turnaround, so we can quote dollars and dates but not speed. Second, a handful of those rows are under review for possible duplication, so we lean on the dollar receipts the ledger displays rather than treating the exact row count as settled. There is still no published BonusBandit editorial verdict on the operator, which is part of why track record stays middling. See our methodology for how that distinction is scored.
Daily bonus and support, as observed
Across two first-hand sessions in mid-June, BonusBandit’s testing logged the daily login bonus at a steady 1 SC per day for seven straight days (June 14–20), modest but consistent, with no missed days and no Gold Coin component. That is a daily drip rather than an escalating streak or mystery-wheel reward, which fits the “Lowest Play Required” positioning.
On support, four logged interactions returned a roughly 0.49-hour median first response (about 29 minutes, range 0.39–0.58h). That real-world speed is what lifted the support factor, beating the slower figure our complaint-mining pass had proposed. The site advertises 24/7 support, and our contacts are consistent with that being more than a slogan.
The reviews picture
When we first scored CrownCoins we could only see its Trustpilot base through the widget embedded on its own homepage (“Excellent, 4.6 out of 5, Based on 255,919 reviews”, captured 2026-06-25), and we deliberately held the reviews factor back rather than trust an operator-hosted number. That reservation has since been resolved: our sentiment scraper now reads Trustpilot’s open widget-data feed directly, and the independently fetched distribution (over a quarter-million reviews at a low single-digit negative ratio, pulled 2026-07-03) confirmed the profile is real, which is why the reviews factor is now the highest-scoring one on CrownCoins’ card. The skepticism moved where it still belongs: ToS honesty remains the lowest factor of the lot.
State availability
CrownCoins accepts players across most states at 18+, but the footprint is no longer static. The standing exclusions are California, Louisiana, Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, and Washington, and where a state sets a higher age bar (Alabama and Nebraska at 19), the stricter state age governs. On top of that, 2026 brought a wave of operator-announced transitions: per CrownCoins’ own help center (observed 2026-07-06), New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut accounts are “Social Mode Only” (no Sweeps Coins play or redemption), Tennessee converted on 2026-06-30 (SC redeemable until 2026-07-31, no minimum), Maine converted on 2026-07-06 (SC redeemable until 2026-08-13, no minimum), and Indiana kept prize play under a restructured “Sweeps Crown Tickets” format with an instant cash balance. The full walkthrough, including deadlines, is in our Crown Coins guide; check the rule for your state on our legal pages.
Parent, comparisons, and what we’re watching
CrownCoins runs under Sunflower Limited, and in our records it has no mapped sister sites: it is not linked to any of the multi-brand groups (VGW, Blazesoft, and so on) we track. That isolation cuts both ways: no halo from a trusted sibling, but no contagion risk from a troubled one either. The score stands entirely on CrownCoins’ own behavior.
Weighing alternatives, the closest trusted-tier neighbors are sportzino and gainz, both level with it at the same number. Shoppers prioritizing a longer proven track record may prefer mega-bonanza or play-fame, both higher on verified history; CrownCoins sits above mc-luck. The full field, with each current score, is on our compare page.
What we’re watching: timing, the one thing our ledger still cannot show. The CrownCoins receipts give us dollars and, on most rows, a received date, but not one of them records the request-to-payout turnaround, so we can show that it paid and not how quickly. A cashout logged end to end under current testing, with the request date and the clearance date on the same row, would turn the email-derived redemption history into present-tense proof of speed. We are also watching whether the “lowest play required” claim holds up against a measured playthrough multiplier, a field we have not yet populated. If a turnaround-dated cashout lands, the track-record drag eases and the overall score has room to climb.
Verified against BonusBandit’s live database on 2026-07-23; first-hand tests as logged; external signals from the live crowncoinscasino.com homepage (game providers, first-purchase offer), Trustpilot’s open widget-data feed (2026-07-03), and CrownCoins’ own help-center state-transition notices (2026-07-06).

What's the daily bonus really worth?
A daily bonus is free play, but its real worth depends on how hard it is to clear and whether CrownCoins actually pays out.
Observed daily reward 1.0 SC/day + 0 GC/day Measured Averaged in person over 8 logged observations (2026-06-14 → 2026-06-20). ~$347/year projected, at 1× playthrough, before payout risk
Risk to collect Reliable payouts on record
| Period | GC accumulated | SC accumulated | Potential cash value |
|---|---|---|---|
| 7 days | 0 | 7.0 | ~$6.65 |
| 30 days | 0 | 30 | ~$28.50 |
| 365 days (annualized) | 0 | 365 | ~$347 |
Annualized figures are a projection, not a promise. They assume you claim the bonus every day and CrownCoins's bonus structure holds steady. Daily bonuses change often; values shown as of 2026-06-20.
How this is calculated
We start from 1.0 SC per day (the average across the logged days), multiply by the number of days, divide by the playthrough (1× unless we've actually measured otherwise), then take a small RTP haircut, and nothing else. That's the value CrownCoins offers:
- playthrough 1× playthrough (the sweeps norm), then a 5% RTP haircut
- ToS signal CrownCoins's ToS playthrough language rates 100 → clean 1× playthrough. Almost every sweeps site is 1× in practice, so this is a TRUST read; it doesn't move the cash figure.
Why isn't redemption in the formula? Because how reliably CrownCoins actually pays out is a separate question from how much it puts on the table. Discounting the dollar figure by redemption made a slow-paying operator look like it offered a smaller bonus, which is backwards. So payout reliability is shown above as the risk-to-collect badge, never baked into the number. CrownCoins's redemption factor is 82 → reliable payouts on record.
We assume 1 SC ≈ $1 at redemption and that you claim the bonus every day. Averaged in person over 8 logged observations (2026-06-14 → 2026-06-20). The annual figure assumes the bonus structure stays stable. Full formula on the methodology page.

What's a purchase really worth?
We do not yet have enough first-hand evidence to estimate purchase value, effective playthrough, or redemption success for this operator.
What we hold for CrownCoins: 0 logged packages · 0 completed purchase-to-payout cycles · 28 delivered redemptions.
We model coin value only from packages we paid for ourselves, and only once there is a payout record showing the coins can be collected. Until we have bought and logged a coin package at CrownCoins, there is nothing here to model from.
What the factor scores do say: our terms review scores this operator's playthrough language at 100/100, and redemption reliability scores 82/100. A playthrough score rates how squarely the terms commit to a wagering multiplier, not the wagering you would face. A redemption score rates whether payouts arrive and arrive on time, not a share of your money coming back. Neither one can stand in for the tests we have not run here. See the methodology.

Report your CrownCoins experience
Cashed out, stalled, or stonewalled? Tell us what happened. No account needed, and we never publish your name. Dates, amounts, and methods are what make a report usable.
- You send it. It is not public, and it is not evidence yet.
- A person reads it, usually within 48 hours. Nothing posts automatically.
- If it holds up we publish it with the community reports for CrownCoins. Some reports get logged and never published.
No report changes the Trust Score. The score is computed from the seven factors, and a submission cannot move it. Community reports also stay separate from our first-hand tests, which are cashouts we paid for and recorded ourselves.
