Our first-hand verification and payout
American Luck is one of the Blazesoft sister brands, and our first-hand experience here followed the family’s now-familiar verification pattern, but it ended well, which is worth saying plainly.
Verification started badly. Our documents were rejected twice in late April and early May 2026 with the same template the rest of the Blazesoft family used on us: a bank statement refused as proof of residency, with a utility bill or local-authority document demanded instead. That shared, word-for-word wording is a strong sign these brands run on one compliance backend. You can see the whole cluster lined up on our KYC turnaround comparison. Once we resubmitted the exact document, American Luck verified us at the end of May.
The payout side is the good news. After verification cleared, we requested a redemption and it was approved within about 16 hours, with funds quoted to arrive in roughly five days. That’s a genuine first-hand approval: the operator cleared the gate it had set and moved our money.
What this does and doesn’t establish
Net: American Luck made us earn the verification, then paid. The hurdle is real and you should plan for it (lead with a utility bill, not a bank statement) but it’s a hurdle that resolved, not a wall.
