FortuneWins now has a readable, separate sweepstakes rulebook. Our older statement that the published documents contain no redemption rules is incomplete. That correction improves the information available to a reader, but it does not turn our unresolved document-review experience into a successful cashout.

We read the Sweeps Rules, version 4.7 updated August 13, 2026, on September 7. The document covers promotional FC, prize requests, verification, and other conditions. Our first-hand record still has no confirmed delivered payout and includes specific rejected-document messages recorded in our June summary.

The bank-statement problem was specific

The first recorded rejection asked for an actual bank statement and a separate utility bill for residence. The message excluded several payment-app or prepaid alternatives and asked for a new request using another bank account. This was not simply an instruction to upload any document displaying a name.

The later response accepted submitted documents but still required a full-page PDF statement for the particular account under review. It said direct-deposit forms and newly opened accounts were not accepted for that purpose. Those are the operator’s documented instructions in our case, not a universal description of what every bank or customer can provide.

A useful way to understand this sequence is to separate proof of identity, residence, and bank-account ownership. A document accepted for one purpose did not complete all of them. The record does not show the missing statement subsequently accepted or a payment arriving, so the review cannot claim that the case resolved.

There is also a short first-response observation in the support log. It measures initial contact, not completion of the document review. FortuneWins illustrates why those two timings should not be merged: a quick reply can identify another outstanding requirement without producing an approved request.

The current rulebook uses FC

The August rules use FC for the promotional currency and distinguish it from non-redeemable Gold Coins. The account’s current prize-value display and conversion rule should be checked before comparing raw coin counts with older screenshots or our historical daily grid. A different coin unit can change the number shown without establishing a corresponding change in prize value.

The same rules distinguish daily and mystery bonuses, and condition the daily allocation on an account-balance threshold. Our late-July grid contains varying observations. We have not matched each variation to a specific promotion, so the largest day is not presented as a recurring daily entitlement.

For readers keeping their own record, save the currency label together with the amount and the offer date. Cropping a screenshot to show only a number makes it difficult to compare an old claim with a current balance. The historical grid is an observation log, not permission to assume all later units are interchangeable.

A virtual card changes where a later problem belongs

The rules describe virtual Visa cards as one prize route and assign post-issuance matters, such as activation or card use, to the issuing provider. A request accepted by FortuneWins, a card issued by a provider, and a card successfully used are separate events. We have not personally completed this route.

If considering it, read the provider’s own conditions before selecting the card. A card is a different product from funds deposited into a bank account; its presence in the rulebook does not verify that it will work for a particular purchase. Our unresolved bank-document case does not establish how a virtual-card request would be reviewed either.

Read the sweepstakes rules with the general agreement

The Terms and Conditions remain part of the account agreement. The separate Sweeps Rules expressly supplement that agreement, so reading only the general document can miss the conditions that apply to promotional entries and prizes.

The current documentation also describes a postal no-purchase route with a one-use Mail Code. That is a distinct entry process; an older reusable address or copied request cannot be assumed current. We have not tested postal crediting at FortuneWins and do not count published entry instructions as evidence of received coins or delivered money.
