First-hand redemption tested Noah personally cashed out from Pulsz in as little as 24 hours (avg 2.5 days across 2 cash-outs).

Is Pulsz legit? The short version

It takes $100, the highest minimum on our board, before you see anything; behind that sits one of the strongest track records we've measured. Its strongest factor is Track record (92/100); the biggest watchout is Support (35/100).

STRENGTHS

  • 92

Baltimore suit (2026-03-04) names VGW not Pulsz's parent; modest trim vs 3-month verified cashout record.

  • 90

Noah's KYC cleared in a single cycle, approved in 0d on 2026-06-01 (instant).

  • 83

    How burdensome are wagering requirements?

WATCHOUTS

  • 35

No first-hand support metric; complaints cite 10-day restricted accounts and refusal to respond after wins.

  • 47

Do the terms match what the marketing implies?

  • 79

Noah's 2/2 cashouts paid via ACH, ~2.3d median (24h and 96h) on 2026-06-01 — minor friction but verified.

The verdict

It takes $100, the highest minimum on our board, before you see anything; behind that sits one of the strongest track records we've measured.

90 days to complete verification or the redemption request is automatically declined (ToS s6.12.2)

Pulsz carries one of the strongest track-record scores on our leaderboard, and we’ve cashed out from it ourselves: two BB redemptions delivered, both by ACH: $178 that took about 96 hours and $116 that landed in about 24 hours. So it pays, but not always fast; the slower 96-hour run is a fair caveat if you need money quickly.

The terms give redemptions structure but also leverage: you get 90 days to complete verification steps before a request is automatically declined, and the operator states that redemption decisions are “final and binding” (Terms s6.12). The minimum is $100, the highest we’ve recorded, and the terms themselves read as middling on honesty. Support is reachable 24/7, including a payment phone line, per the terms.

In our assessment Pulsz suits players who redeem in larger, less frequent batches and answer document requests promptly; occasional small-balance players will find the $100 floor slow to reach.

BonusBandit's notes on Pulsz

Two cashouts, both paid, yet the score is still 69

Pulsz is the rare caution-tier operator where our own redemption record is genuinely good. BonusBandit’s testing logged two Pulsz cashouts on the same account, and both landed in full via ACH: $178 requested 2026-05-01 and received 2026-05-05 (about 96 hours), then a faster $116 requested 2026-05-29 and in the account by 2026-05-30 (roughly 24 hours). That is a 2-for-2 paid record at a median sit of about 2.3 days, with the slower of the two still inside four days. The earlier email-derived record on file shows the same: two successful redemptions over a three-month window. KYC, the step most operators stall on, cleared in a single same-day cycle.

So why does a brand that pays us reliably still land in the caution band? Payout speed is only one of seven factors we score, and Pulsz is held back by parts of the file that have nothing to do with how fast money moves once a withdrawal is approved.

Where the points actually leak

The weakest factor is support, scored 35, the lowest sub-score on the board. We cut it from 50 on 2026-06-19, specifically because complaint reports describe accounts restricted for around ten days and support going quiet after a player wins. We did not experience that ourselves, but the volume is hard to ignore, and it sits in direct tension with the smooth payouts we got.

The other drag is ToS honesty at 47, the lowest factor after support; the terms lean heavily on operator discretion. Together those two pull a base of 73 toward the caution floor, and a -4 complaint penalty (tied to active legal events, easing over time) trims it to the published 69. The factors that are strong (track record at 92, KYC at 90, playthrough at 83, redemption at 79) are exactly the ones our own testing validated. The gap between “pays fast” and “caution tier” is the gap between our wallet and everyone else’s complaints.

The Baltimore lawsuit, in proportion

The single logged legal event is City of Baltimore ex rel. Ebony Thompson v. VGW Holdings Ltd. et al. (Case No. C-24-CV-26-001646, Circuit Court for Baltimore City, e-filed 2026-03-04), a social-casino illegal-gambling suit naming six operator groups, including Yellow Social Interactive, Pulsz’s parent. We kept this deliberately trim: the lead defendant is VGW (Chumba/LuckyLand), not Pulsz’s parent, so we cut track record only modestly, from 100 to 92, rather than treating it as a payout red flag. It is a sector-wide regulatory-pressure signal, and the penalty eases as it ages if nothing new lands.

What Pulsz does differently

The pitch is breadth. The live homepage advertises “Over 1000 Free casino-style games” (a genuinely large library for this category) stocked from providers like Ruby Play, Relax Gaming, and 3 Oaks Gaming, with named in-house titles such as Hot Triple Sevens Hold and Win and Lion Gems 3 Pots (source: https://pulsz.com, fetched 2026-06-25). The current headline is a “200%+ Extra gold coins” Welcome Bundle, and our database records the sign-up package as 5,000 Gold Coins with daily login prizes kept separate.

The recurring promo structure is where Pulsz earns its frequent-player reputation: a weekly Gold Coin Jackpot with a 1,000,000 GC minimum prize, a Refer-a-Friend deal paying 6,000 GC per friend, and rotating social-media coin giveaways. Our tester also logged a weekly wheel spin worth chasing, a 100 SC redemption minimum, and a $50 purchase that returned 1,000,000 GC plus 75 SC. The homepage confirms 24/7 email support (support at Pulsz.com) and a payment-queries phone line, +1 (424) 371-7304. For a no-purchase entry, the postcard AMOE route addresses to YSI-Sweepstakes, Yellow Social Interactive Limited, PO Box 9401, Manchester, NH 03108, and it is finicky: handwritten in non-black ink, one request per stamped standard business envelope, postmarked from your verified state.

Availability, age, and the corporate picture

Pulsz accepts players across most of the country with no recorded exits, which is broad coverage for a sweeps brand. The catch is age: Pulsz enforces a 21+ minimum in its own terms, stricter than the 18+ that most states would otherwise allow. If you are 18 to 20 in a state that permits sweepstakes play, Pulsz still locks you out. Worth knowing before you build a balance. See /legal/ for state-by-state detail.

The operator is run by Yellow Social Interactive Limited, and within our catalog its only mapped sibling is pulsz-bingo, currently on our watch list. That is a small family next to the VGW or Blazesoft stables, so our read on the parent rests mostly on Pulsz itself.

How it stacks up

If you want a brand we score higher with a comparable cashout record, play-fame and mega-bonanza both clear our trusted bar; crown-coins is a closer step up that also sits in trusted territory. Going the other way, fellow Baltimore co-defendants mc-luck, stake, and chumba all land below Pulsz in the caution band, so among the operators sharing that lawsuit, Pulsz is the strongest on our numbers. Line them up at /compare/.

What we’re watching

The thing to monitor is whether support recovers. A 35 is a real drag, driven by complaints rather than our experience, so if Pulsz tightens up post-win communication and the restricted-account reports thin out, this score has clear room to climb back toward the base of 73. We will also re-test redemptions and re-check the Trustpilot picture; the public review page blocked automated access on this pass, so we are leaning on our last logged reading and our own cashouts. For now, a fast-paying brand whose caution rating is earned by everything around the payout, not the payout itself. Read /methodology/ for how the seven factors combine.
