The verdict
90 days to complete verification or the redemption request is automatically declined (ToS s6.12.2)
Pulsz carries one of the strongest track-record scores on our leaderboard, and we’ve cashed out from it ourselves: two BB redemptions delivered, both by ACH: $178 that took about 96 hours and $116 that landed in about 24 hours. So it pays, but not always fast; the slower 96-hour run is a fair caveat if you need money quickly.
The terms give redemptions structure but also leverage: you get 90 days to complete verification steps before a request is automatically declined, and the operator states that redemption decisions are “final and binding” (Terms s6.12). The minimum is $100, the highest we’ve recorded, and the terms themselves read as middling on honesty. Support is reachable 24/7, including a payment phone line, per the terms.
In our assessment Pulsz suits players who redeem in larger, less frequent batches and answer document requests promptly; occasional small-balance players will find the $100 floor slow to reach.

Reconciled payout record
Counts and amounts for the rows shown below
| Outcome | Count | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Confirmed delivered | 3 | $410 |
| Timed delivered payouts subset, not an extra | 3 | $410 |
Timed delivered payouts are counted again inside the confirmed delivered row, so this column is not a running total. Only confirmed delivered payouts produce a payout figure anywhere on this page.

| May 29, 2026 | $116.00 | Not recorded | 36h |
| May 5, 2026 | $178.00 | ACH | 4.0d |
Payout time: 1.0d to 4.0d across 3 timed payouts. Measured only on delivered payouts that carry both a request and a received timestamp, so a payout we could not time is never averaged in.
Incomplete detail on 1 of 3: each gap is labelled on its row, and a figure we do not hold is left out of the totals rather than counted as zero.

BonusBandit's notes on Pulsz
Two cashouts, both paid, and two factors still dragging
Pulsz is one of the clearer cases in our catalog of a payment record running ahead of the published verdict. BonusBandit’s testing logged two Pulsz cashouts on the same account, and both landed in full via ACH: $178 requested 2026-04-30 and received 2026-05-04 (about four days), then a faster $116 requested 2026-05-28 and in the account by 2026-05-29 (roughly 24 hours). That is a 2-for-2 paid record, with the slower of the two still inside four days. The earlier email-derived record on file shows the same: two successful redemptions over a three-month window. KYC, the step most operators stall on, cleared in a single same-day cycle.
Pulsz pays us reliably, and the two factors still holding the score down are support and terms honesty. The score card above this text is generated from the database and states the base, the adjustments and the band, so read the current number there. The question worth asking is what would lift a proven payer further, and the answer is those same two factors.
Where the points actually leak
Support sits at 35, the second-lowest sub-score on the card. We cut it because complaint reports describe accounts restricted for around ten days and support going quiet after a player wins. We did not experience that ourselves, but the volume is hard to ignore, and it sits in direct tension with the smooth payouts we got.
The bigger drag is ToS honesty at 25, the lowest factor on the card; the terms lean heavily on operator discretion. Those two are what hold the base down. The strongest factors on the card, track record and KYC fairness, are exactly the ones our own testing validated. The distance between how fast Pulsz pays us and how the rest of the card reads is the distance between our wallet and everyone else’s complaints.
The Baltimore lawsuit, in proportion
The single logged legal event is City of Baltimore ex rel. Ebony Thompson v. VGW Holdings Ltd. et al. (Case No. C-24-CV-26-001646, Circuit Court for Baltimore City, e-filed 2026-03-04), a social-casino illegal-gambling suit naming six operator groups, including Yellow Social Interactive, Pulsz’s parent. We kept this deliberately trim: the lead defendant is VGW (Chumba/LuckyLand), not Pulsz’s parent. The complaint penalty attached to this suit came off the national score on 2026-08-13, when the methodology narrowed so that legality-classification suits no longer reduce it. The suit is still pending, it remains logged on our legal tracker, and it still informs state-level adjustments. Treat it as a sector-wide regulatory-pressure signal, not a payout red flag.
What Pulsz does differently
The pitch is breadth. The live homepage advertises “Over 1000 Free casino-style games” (a genuinely large library for this category) stocked from providers like Ruby Play, Relax Gaming, and 3 Oaks Gaming, with named in-house titles such as Hot Triple Sevens Hold and Win and Lion Gems 3 Pots (source: https://pulsz.com, fetched 2026-06-25). The current headline is a “200%+ Extra gold coins” Welcome Bundle, and our database records the sign-up package as 5,000 Gold Coins with daily login prizes kept separate.
The recurring promo structure is where Pulsz earns its frequent-player reputation: a weekly Gold Coin Jackpot with a 1,000,000 GC minimum prize, a Refer-a-Friend deal paying 6,000 GC per friend, and rotating social-media coin giveaways. Our tester also logged a weekly wheel spin worth chasing and a $50 purchase that returned 1,000,000 GC plus 75 SC. The one number to plan around: Pulsz takes a $100 redemption minimum, the highest on our board, before you can pull anything, so budget for the grind. The homepage confirms 24/7 email support (support at Pulsz.com) and a payment-queries phone line, +1 (424) 371-7304. For a no-purchase entry, the postcard AMOE route addresses to YSI-Sweepstakes, Yellow Social Interactive Limited, PO Box 9401, Manchester, NH 03108, and it is finicky: handwritten in non-black ink, one request per stamped standard business envelope, postmarked from your verified state.
Availability, age, and the corporate picture
Pulsz accepts players across a broad majority of US states, wide coverage for a sweeps brand, though the footprint has started to narrow: it stopped accepting Indiana players effective 2026-06-30. The catch is age: Pulsz enforces a 21+ minimum in its own terms, stricter than the 18+ that most states would otherwise allow. If you are 18 to 20 in a state that permits sweepstakes play, Pulsz still locks you out. Worth knowing before you build a balance. See /legal/ for state-by-state detail.
The operator is run by Yellow Social Interactive Limited, and within our catalog its only mapped sibling is pulsz-bingo, in caution and on our watch list. That is a small family next to the VGW or Blazesoft stables, so our read on the parent rests mostly on Pulsz itself.
How it stacks up
Among the operators named in the same Baltimore suit, Pulsz sits level with mc-luck and above fellow co-defendants stake and chumba. Higher up, play-fame and mega-bonanza clear Pulsz with comparable or better cashout records, and crown-coins is a closer step up. Line them up at /compare/.
What we’re watching
The thing to monitor is whether support recovers. A 35 is a real drag, driven by complaints rather than our experience. The watch item is whether Pulsz tightens up post-win communication and the restricted-account reports thin out. On sentiment, we no longer lean on a blocked review page: the player-reviews factor was rebuilt on 2026-07-02 from a live Trustpilot aggregate of 4.3/5 over 28,565 reviews (about a 13% one-to-two-star share), which lifted reviews to 83. For now, a fast-paying brand whose remaining soft spots are everything around the payout, not the payout itself. Read /methodology/ for how the seven factors combine.
Noah
Verified against BonusBandit’s live database on 2026-08-30; that check removed a stale published score and complaint-penalty figure, and the caution-band framing that went with them, after the 2026-08-13 methodology change. First-hand tests as logged; external signals from the pulsz.com homepage (reached and quoted); player-reviews factor rebuilt 2026-07-02 from a live Trustpilot aggregate of 4.3/5 over 28,565 reviews.

What's the daily bonus really worth?
A daily bonus is free play, but its real worth depends on how hard it is to clear and whether Pulsz actually pays out.
Observed daily reward 0.4 SC/day + 1,000 GC/day Measured Averaged in person over 8 logged observations (2026-06-14 → 2026-08-01). ~$152/year projected, at 1× playthrough, before payout risk
Risk to collect Mixed payout signals
| Period | GC accumulated | SC accumulated | Potential cash value |
|---|---|---|---|
| 7 days | 7,000 | 3.1 | ~$2.91 |
| 30 days | 30,000 | 13.1 | ~$12.47 |
| 365 days (annualized) | 365,000 | 159.7 | ~$152 |
Annualized figures are a projection, not a promise. They assume you claim the bonus every day and Pulsz's bonus structure holds steady. Daily bonuses change often; values shown as of 2026-08-01.
How this is calculated
We start from 0.4 SC per day (the average across the logged days), multiply by the number of days, divide by the playthrough (1× unless we've actually measured otherwise), then take a small RTP haircut, and nothing else. That's the value Pulsz offers:
- playthrough 1× playthrough (the sweeps norm), then a 5% RTP haircut
- ToS signal Pulsz's ToS playthrough language rates 83 → clean 1× playthrough. Almost every sweeps site is 1× in practice, so this is a TRUST read; it doesn't move the cash figure.
Why isn't redemption in the formula? Because how reliably Pulsz actually pays out is a separate question from how much it puts on the table. Discounting the dollar figure by redemption made a slow-paying operator look like it offered a smaller bonus, which is backwards. So payout reliability is shown above as the risk-to-collect badge, never baked into the number. Pulsz's redemption factor is 79 → mixed payout signals.
We assume 1 SC ≈ $1 at redemption and that you claim the bonus every day. Averaged in person over 8 logged observations (2026-06-14 → 2026-08-01). The annual figure assumes the bonus structure stays stable. Full formula on the methodology page.

What's a purchase really worth?
We do not yet have enough first-hand evidence to estimate purchase value, effective playthrough, or redemption success for this operator.
What we hold for Pulsz: 1 logged package · 1 completed purchase-to-payout cycle · 3 delivered redemptions.
We model coin value only from packages we paid for ourselves, and only once there is a payout record showing the coins can be collected. Until both hold, here is what we have logged instead of a number that would look more settled than the evidence behind it.
| Package | Cost | GC | SC |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coin package | $50.00 | 1,000,000 | 75 |
What the factor scores do say: our terms review scores this operator's playthrough language at 83/100, and redemption reliability scores 79/100. A playthrough score rates how squarely the terms commit to a wagering multiplier, not the wagering you would face. A redemption score rates whether payouts arrive and arrive on time, not a share of your money coming back. Neither one can stand in for the tests we have not run here. See the methodology.

Report your Pulsz experience
Cashed out, stalled, or stonewalled? Tell us what happened. No account needed, and we never publish your name. Dates, amounts, and methods are what make a report usable.
- You send it. It is not public, and it is not evidence yet.
- A person reads it, usually within 48 hours. Nothing posts automatically.
- If it holds up we publish it with the community reports for Pulsz. Some reports get logged and never published.
No report changes the Trust Score. The score is computed from the seven factors, and a submission cannot move it. Community reports also stay separate from our first-hand tests, which are cashouts we paid for and recorded ourselves.
