Availability, age, and the corporate picture

Pulsz accepts players across most of the country with no recorded exits, which is broad coverage for a sweeps brand. The catch is age: Pulsz enforces a 21+ minimum in its own terms, stricter than the 18+ that most states would otherwise allow.
