Operators — score disputes & corrections
If you operate a site we cover and believe a rating is wrong, we want to hear it — with one condition: cite the specifics. Our scores come from a published rubric (see the review methodology and the Trust Score rubric), and the parts that hurt most are usually verbatim terms-of-service clauses. We will review any specific flag you can point to a source for.
Email noah.rafkin@bonusbandit.win and include:
- The exact page or factor you're disputing.
- The claim you say is wrong, and what it should say.
- A citable source — the current terms URL, a dated policy change, or documentation we can verify ourselves.
What we won't do is move a score because a relationship is at stake. As our editorial standards and editorial policy spell out, an operator cannot pay to raise a rating or have a low score removed by request. We can and do correct genuine errors, fast.
How corrections work
When we learn we got something wrong — from a reader, an operator, or our own re-checks — we fix it promptly. For anything that changes a score, a rank, or a material claim, we note what changed so the record is honest. The full correction policy lives in our editorial policy.

Response times
This is a one-person shop, so replies come from a human, not a ticketing bot. Expect a reply within 1–2 business days for most messages; detailed dispute reviews that require re-reading terms or re-running a test can take a little longer, and we'll tell you if so.
