Using free play, I won $60. Bet $40 on blackjack and won which should put me at over $100 so I can redeem. I know about the $25 rule which I have done before. But winnings were credited and my balance went to $25. Support says I can use gift card but that is not an option. She realizes her mistake and then just repeats the rule 7 of the max $25. But I can’t even redeem since I don’t have the $100 in my balance. Any ideas? Thx
