The verdict

BigRoller advertised paid unlocks for wheels with prizes up to 5 or 10 SC. Its 100% win-rate claim applied to receiving a prize on an eligible spin, not to receiving the maximum amount.

Scored with the published, versioned formula: methodology v2 (scoring version 0cb3d58c). Affiliate status has zero input.

No factor inputs have been approved by an editor yet. The published score is recomputed by the seven-factor formula from those inputs, not set by hand. What this means.

How this score is calculated

Total withheld: evidence gate not met.

Methodology v2 publishes a total only after redemption, Terms honesty, and at least two other factors are verified. Held, not applicable, and stale factors do not count.

Read the evidence gate

The adjustments are formulas, not discretion. Methodology v2: applicable rules.

"Not yet scored" means we have not independently assessed this factor. Unscored factors are excluded from the weighted average; the calculation above shows how many factors contribute.

BigRoller: a guaranteed wheel prize was not a guaranteed top prize

Our August 17, 2026 BigRoller email advertised a Lucky Wheel unlocked by a $9.99 deposit. It described a 100% win rate and a top prize of 10 SC. Read together, those claims promise a prize on an eligible spin, not 10 SC on every spin.

The email did not disclose the probability of each award or a complete prize table. Without those details, the maximum cannot be used as the expected return from paying to unlock the wheel. We did not make the deposit, spin the wheel, or verify the resulting balance.

Another wheel had a different price and ceiling

An August 15 email offered a $4.99 unlock with a prize of up to 5 SC. It did not establish the same 100% claim as the later message. The two emails document distinct advertised offers; their thresholds and ceilings should not be combined into one supposedly permanent welcome package.

Account activation is an earlier milestone than prize payment

A separate August 14 account message said registration had been approved and the account fully activated. It did not identify a completed redemption, bank transfer, or full set of identity documents checked. Our evidence therefore supports the activation message and the two dated marketing offers, while leaving the payment process untested.

The current BigRoller site is the domain associated with these messages. We have not substituted claims from similarly named casino-review domains for BigRoller’s own terms.

Cashed out, stalled, or stonewalled? Tell us what happened. No account needed, and we never publish your name. Dates, amounts, and methods are what make a report usable.

  1. You send it. It is not public, and it is not evidence yet.
  2. A person reads it, usually within 48 hours. Nothing posts automatically.
  3. If it holds up we publish it with the community reports for BigRoller. Some reports get logged and never published.

No report changes the Trust Score. The score is computed from the seven factors, and a submission cannot move it. Community reports also stay separate from our first-hand tests, which are cashouts we paid for and recorded ourselves.
