The verdict

Jolly Sweeps’ July checklist describes verification as one-time, but its terms allow additional checks, including after purchases exceed $2,000. The welcome percentage also leaves the exact coin package unspecified.

How this score is calculated

Total withheld: evidence gate not met.

Methodology v2 publishes a total only after redemption, Terms honesty, and at least two other factors are verified. Held, not applicable, and stale factors do not count.

Read the evidence gate

The adjustments are formulas, not discretion. Methodology v2: applicable rules.

"Not yet scored" means we have not independently assessed this factor. Unscored factors are excluded from the weighted average; the calculation above shows how many factors contribute.

Jolly Sweeps: the one-time KYC email and wider verification rights

A July 24, 2026 Jolly Sweeps email advised our account to verify once, keep profile details current, and use the same payment method for qualifying purchases where possible. It was an informational checklist, not confirmation that our account had passed verification.

The published terms, inspected September 8, allow additional verification. They specifically include a single or cumulative virtual-currency purchase exceeding $2,000 and may request identification, address, and source-of-funds documents. Their 30-day document-response window is a customer deadline; it does not promise to finish a verification case within 30 days.

The one-time description therefore should not be read as a guarantee that no further documents can ever be requested.

The purchase percentage does not reveal the SC allocation

A July 28 email advertised up to 200% more Coins on a first purchase, with further offers on selected second and third purchases. It did not give us a complete package allocation or a fixed signup SC award. The percentage alone is insufficient to calculate the actual SC received, especially when the promotional term is simply Coins. We did not buy a package to test the credit.

The Jolly Sweeps footer distinguishes Platinum Panther Ltd. as operator and promotion sponsor from Platinum Panther, LLC as payment processor. Those are different stated roles, despite the similar names.

Around-the-clock support does not mean immediate complaint resolution

The homepage advertises 24/7 support. The terms give a complaint-response target of ten calendar days and allow up to twenty in some circumstances, with notice of the delay within ten. Neither statement is a measured response time from our own case. We have not completed a Jolly Sweeps redemption.

Cashed out, stalled, or stonewalled? Tell us what happened. No account needed, and we never publish your name. Dates, amounts, and methods are what make a report usable.

  1. You send it. It is not public, and it is not evidence yet.
  2. A person reads it, usually within 48 hours. Nothing posts automatically.
  3. If it holds up we publish it with the community reports for Jolly Sweeps. Some reports get logged and never published.

No report changes the Trust Score. The score is computed from the seven factors, and a submission cannot move it. Community reports also stay separate from our first-hand tests, which are cashouts we paid for and recorded ourselves.
