The verdict

Joya’s emailed prize drops apply to named suppliers and shared pools, not guaranteed personal awards. Its current $9.99 offer differs from the August email, and cash redemption still requires qualifying SC.

Score breakdown

Scored with the published, versioned formula: methodology v2 (scoring version 0cb3d58c). Affiliate status has zero input.

No factor inputs have been approved by an editor yet. The published score is recomputed by the seven-factor formula from those inputs, not set by hand. What this means.

How this score is calculated

Total withheld: evidence gate not met.

Methodology v2 publishes a total only after redemption, Terms honesty, and at least two other factors are verified. Held, not applicable, and stale factors do not count.

Read the evidence gate

The adjustments are formulas, not discretion. Methodology v2: applicable rules.

"Not yet scored" means we have not independently assessed this factor. Unscored factors are excluded from the weighted average; the calculation above shows how many factors contribute.

Joya: supplier prize drops have shared pools, and the $9.99 package has changed

Joya’s September 7, 2026 Labor Day email promoted random Treasure Drops on participating Kalamba games: up to 25 SC per drop from a 1,000-SC total pool. The pool was shared across the promotion, not 1,000 SC assigned to our account. We did not participate or receive a drop.

A September 4 message described a different supplier promotion, Playson Power Blast, with a 5,000-SC pool and no leaderboard. Surprise SC, free spins and multipliers were among its advertised rewards. These are distinct promotional structures; a shared supplier label does not make every lobby game eligible or promise an award on each spin.

Two dated packages at the same price

An August 30 email offered 200,000 GC plus 20 SC for $9.99 for 24 hours. On September 8, the public homepage instead advertised 250,000 GC plus 25 SC for $9.99. The later advertised allocation is 50,000 GC and 5 SC larger at the same price. This comparison describes offers we observed, not a credit we purchased or a package guaranteed to every existing account.

Promotional SC must still qualify for redemption

The sweeps rules require at least 100 redeemable SC to submit a cash request. They limit processing to one request per account in a 24-hour period and allow up to ten business days for bank processing, even while expressing an aim for instant redemptions. That aspiration does not eliminate the stated allowance.

The rules also say postal request codes expire 60 days after display and must remain valid when processed. A timely postmark alone therefore does not establish a valid code at processing. We have not submitted a postal request or completed a Joya payout.

  1. You send it. It is not public, and it is not evidence yet.
  2. A person reads it, usually within 48 hours. Nothing posts automatically.
  3. If it holds up we publish it with the community reports for Joya.us. Some reports get logged and never published.

No report changes the Trust Score. The score is computed from the seven factors, and a submission cannot move it. Community reports also stay separate from our first-hand tests, which are cashouts we paid for and recorded ourselves.
