Two June 18 messages described different stages
At 12:50 UTC on June 18, an automated message said the bank information was verified while other documents were being reviewed. Seventeen seconds later, a support reply confirmed that all account verification was complete, no further action was needed, and redemption requests could now be made.
The later response resolves the apparent remaining-document issue in the earlier notice. It establishes a successful verification outcome for our account. It does not show that we submitted a prize request afterward or received a payment.
