The verdict

Mrs Maple’s emailed Penny’s Pick offer separates a next-day spin reward from a random Thursday draw. Neither the draw nor the first-purchase package documents an award or payout we received.

No factor inputs have been approved by an editor yet. The published score is recomputed by the seven-factor formula from those inputs, not set by hand. What this means.

How this score is calculated

Total withheld: evidence gate not met.

Methodology v2 publishes a total only after redemption, Terms honesty, and at least two other factors are verified. Held, not applicable, and stale factors do not count.

Read the evidence gate

The adjustments are formulas, not discretion. Methodology v2: applicable rules.

"Not yet scored" means we have not independently assessed this factor. Unscored factors are excluded from the weighted average; the calculation above shows how many factors contribute.

Mrs Maple: tomorrow's spins and a random Thursday prize drop

An August 18, 2026 Mrs Maple email promoted Le Digger as Penny’s Pick. It described ten free spins for the following day after playing the selected game. It separately advertised a Thursday prize drop that randomly selected 100 players who played Penny’s Pick. Playing the featured game was an entry condition, not a promise that every player would win the draw.

The same email offered 100% extra Maple Coins and 10 SC for $4.99 on a first purchase. That paid package was different from both the next-day spins and the random prize drop. We did not purchase it, play the featured game or verify any resulting award.

The follow-up requested feedback, not proof of a completed test

On August 19, Mrs Maple sent a two-minute feedback-survey invitation after the account had been open for a few days. Receiving that invitation does not establish that we completed the survey or tested a redemption. We did neither for this review.

The public homepage calls its entertainment currency Maple Coins, rather than Gold Coins, and describes free top-ups when that balance is low. Those MC cannot be redeemed for prizes and should not be added to SC when comparing a package with the prize minimum.

Read the ten-day processing statement with its exceptions

The terms, checked September 8, allow one redemption request in a rolling 24-hour period and say payouts are generally processed within ten days, including pending periods. They permit longer processing for verification, technical issues and other circumstances. They also reserve a $100 minimum and processing fees.

  1. You send it. It is not public, and it is not evidence yet.
  2. A person reads it, usually within 48 hours. Nothing posts automatically.
  3. If it holds up we publish it with the community reports for Mrs. Maple. Some reports get logged and never published.

No report changes the Trust Score. The score is computed from the seven factors, and a submission cannot move it. Community reports also stay separate from our first-hand tests, which are cashouts we paid for and recorded ourselves.
