The verdict

QuestPlay’s .net page advertises rewards and a three-to-five-business-day payout estimate, but its linked .com policies failed during inspection. We could not verify the contractual conditions behind those claims.

Score breakdown

How this score is calculated

Total withheld: evidence gate not met.

Methodology v2 publishes a total only after redemption, Terms honesty, and at least two other factors are verified. Held, not applicable, and stale factors do not count.

Read the evidence gate

The adjustments are formulas, not discretion. Methodology v2: applicable rules.

"Not yet scored" means we have not independently assessed this factor. Unscored factors are excluded from the weighted average; the calculation above shows how many factors contribute.

QuestPlay: .net marketing links to .com policies that failed to load

The QuestPlay .net page, inspected September 8, 2026, describes daily lootboxes, missions, achievements and a player dashboard. It gives a typical payout estimate of three to five business days after eligible SC redemption and verification, and names Trigger Puppy LLC as operator.

Its legal links point to a different host, www.questplay.com. The linked sweepstakes rules, bonus terms and general terms each returned an origin-DNS error during this inspection. We also checked the sweepstakes link in a rendered browser and saw the same error.

Marketing timing could not be checked against the prize contract

Because those documents were unavailable, we could not substantiate the current redemption minimum, any longer contractual processing allowance, or the conditions attached to the advertised lootboxes. The visible estimate should be attributed to the landing page, not presented as a completed BonusBandit payment test.

The .net page also tells players that account suspensions can follow abuse or restricted-state play and claims the team communicates before taking action. We have not observed a support case that tests that promise.

This is a dated failure of the linked policy routes, not proof of a permanent shutdown. We did not create an account, install software or transact. Until the applicable policies can be read, the practical limitation is uncertainty about the conditions behind the advertised rewards.

  1. You send it. It is not public, and it is not evidence yet.
  2. A person reads it, usually within 48 hours. Nothing posts automatically.
  3. If it holds up we publish it with the community reports for QuestPlay. Some reports get logged and never published.

No report changes the Trust Score. The score is computed from the seven factors, and a submission cannot move it. Community reports also stay separate from our first-hand tests, which are cashouts we paid for and recorded ourselves.
