Reel Zappy: our address document was rejected with resubmission conditions
Reel Zappy’s August 23, 2026 support response told our account that the submitted proof of residence did not meet its criteria. It asked us to begin another verification request through Redeem and provide a different document. We have not established a successful resolution or a completed payout from that exchange.
The response was more specific than a generic request for identification. The replacement needed to be no older than three months, show the full name and residential address, and include a statement or billing date. Support also required the entire document to be visible and readable, without cropping, folds, writing or alterations, and rejected black-and-white photocopies.
The published terms still contain an August launch reference
The terms, version 1.0 dated August 5, inspected September 8, describe a beta period before an August 26, 2026 official release and reserve the right to void beta gameplay, wins and jackpots. That date was already past when we checked.
The old beta language alone does not establish whether the service remained in beta, launched on schedule, or removed those restrictions from live accounts. We would need a current announcement or account-specific confirmation to resolve that point.
The homepage identifies SGSE LLC and provides a general prize-redemption explanation. That marketing overview does not resolve either the outdated beta reference or our individual verification outcome.
