RubyChips: game checklists and purchase challenges have different terms
RubyChips’ September 6, 2026 email presented a six-game themed checklist, including Le Fisherman, Egypt Fire 2 and Jungle Volcano. It encouraged trying the selections but did not specify a coin allocation or number of free spins for finishing the list. We therefore do not describe that email as a verified reward mission.
An August 29 message described a separate sword challenge: each package costing at least $19 advanced the progress by one step, and some pulls carried rewards. Its progress graphic ran through twelve steps, with two days remaining before a reset. The email did not establish that every step paid the same reward, or that reaching the endpoint guaranteed a cash return. We did not make purchases to advance it.
A low-price offer still left free-spin value unspecified
An August 23 email offered 30,000 GC, 3 SC and five free spins for $1.99, alongside a $4.99 option with 75,000 GC, 7.5 SC and ten spins. It did not state the spin denomination in the text. These are dated account offers, not an assurance that every visitor can buy them now, and the spins should not be converted into a fixed SC value without their conditions.
Minimum playthrough does not settle every promotional restriction
The terms, inspected September 8, define promotional conversion abuse broadly enough to include a pattern of activity whose individual transactions meet technical minimum playthrough. The clause says it does not require proof of automation, multiple accounts, profit, a successful redemption or subjective intent.
The company reserves remedies including denying redemption, reclassifying balances, forfeiture and account closure. That is the operator’s stated contractual discretion, not evidence it applied those measures to our account. We have not completed a RubyChips redemption.
