The verdict
Spinly’s purchase banner left the units unstated in the inspected text. Its separate rules specify a 100-eligible-SC cash minimum and reserve a daily redemption cap, so the banner alone cannot establish redeemable value.

How this score is calculated
Methodology v2 publishes a total only after redemption, Terms honesty, and at least two other factors are verified. Held, not applicable, and stale factors do not count.
Read the evidence gateThe adjustments are formulas, not discretion. Methodology v2: applicable rules.
"Not yet scored" means we have not independently assessed this factor. Unscored factors are excluded from the weighted average; the calculation above shows how many factors contribute.
Spinly: a purchase banner without units does not establish an SC allocation
Spinly’s homepage, inspected September 8, 2026, displayed a purchase-100/get-500 promotion without identifying the units in that text. We could not determine from that banner whether either figure represented dollars, Gold Coins, SC or a combined package. It should not be rewritten as a verified $100 purchase with 500 SC.
This review concerns spinly.com. A similarly spelled operator’s bonus or redemption conditions should not be imported to fill that gap. We did not open checkout or make a purchase to test the promotion.
Its prize rules contain several separate limits
The sweepstakes rules, dated September 4, 2026, state a minimum of 100 eligible SC for cash redemption and reserve the right to limit daily redemption to $1,000. They also allow allocated SC playthrough to increase to twenty times; that is a reserved condition, not proof that every offer currently requires twenty times.
For the tax-document request described in the rules, the response deadline is 72 hours. That is an operator-imposed paperwork deadline, not a three-day payout promise or our statement of the legal tax-reporting threshold.
Postal-entry codes expire 60 days after generation. That period concerns an entry code, not an SC balance or a redemption request.
The available evidence establishes published conditions and a limitation in the purchase banner. It does not establish an accepted mail-in entry, completed identity verification or a successful Spinly payout in our account.

- You send it. It is not public, and it is not evidence yet.
- A person reads it, usually within 48 hours. Nothing posts automatically.
- If it holds up we publish it with the community reports for Spinly. Some reports get logged and never published.
No report changes the Trust Score. The score is computed from the seven factors, and a submission cannot move it. Community reports also stay separate from our first-hand tests, which are cashouts we paid for and recorded ourselves.
