The verdict
UpUp confirmed completion of our account’s identity check by email. Its current rules still impose separate redemption conditions, including a 100-SC minimum and limits on certain purchase-linked game outcomes.

How this score is calculated
Methodology v2 publishes a total only after redemption, Terms honesty, and at least two other factors are verified. Held, not applicable, and stale factors do not count.

"Not yet scored" means we have not independently assessed this factor. Unscored factors are excluded from the weighted average; the calculation above shows how many factors contribute.
UpUp: identity verification confirmed, with no completed redemption
UpUp’s August 20, 2026 email told our account that its identity check was complete and that redemptions and withdrawals were unlocked. That is firsthand evidence of a verification confirmation. It is not a receipt for a redemption request or proof that money reached a bank account.
The distinction is especially relevant because later promotional emails continued to describe available account benefits. An August 25 reminder said the first-package bonus remained available but did not state a price or SC allocation in the text. An August 24 explanation mentioned daily free coins without providing a daily amount. We have not filled either gap with a figure from another operator or assumed those offers were claimed.
Identity approval does not remove the prize conditions
The sweepstakes rules, effective August 8, version 1.1 and inspected September 8, set a 100-eligible-SC cash minimum. They reserve a $500 daily redemption limit unless specifically approved and permit only one request to be processed per account per calendar day.
They also cap the redemption value from a single outcome using SC obtained with a coin-package purchase at $1,000, reducing excess prize value to the applicable limit. That is a per-outcome restriction, separate from the daily processing cap.
The usual playthrough is once, with a reserved increase up to thirty times. The document does not establish that every account or promotion currently carries that higher requirement.
The general terms also put a clock on unused SC
The general terms expire played and unplayed SC after 60 consecutive days without an account login. They separately reserve deactivation of accounts deemed inactive. An earlier verification email therefore should not be read as guaranteeing that all future account conditions have been satisfied indefinitely.
We have not independently measured UpUp’s payment processing or confirmed a successful redemption.

Cashed out, stalled, or stonewalled? Tell us what happened. No account needed, and we never publish your name. Dates, amounts, and methods are what make a report usable.
- You send it. It is not public, and it is not evidence yet.
- A person reads it, usually within 48 hours. Nothing posts automatically.
- If it holds up we publish it with the community reports for UpUp. Some reports get logged and never published.
No report changes the Trust Score. The score is computed from the seven factors, and a submission cannot move it. Community reports also stay separate from our first-hand tests, which are cashouts we paid for and recorded ourselves.
