Dragon Phoenix: the welcome email and the free reply route are separate offers
Dragon Phoenix’s July 25, 2026 welcome email offered 50,000 Gold Coins with 50 free Sweeps Coins for $19.99 in the coin store. An August 8 reminder said the welcome offer expired that day, but gave no precise cutoff time or time zone in its text.
The package email did not document a purchase
The July message was an offer sent after account creation. It did not contain a paid receipt, an activated package, or a redemption. The August reminder likewise did not prove the offer had remained available continuously or that an attempted purchase was accepted before its deadline.
Replying to a welcome email appears in the rules
The play rules, updated July 31 and checked September 8, list replying to the welcome email as a way to receive free SC. That clause does not state the number of coins or establish that our July package email was the qualifying message.
The rules also list first-three-day login rewards, a separate ongoing daily opportunity, and postal entry. We did not send a reward request during this research. The reply clause is an operator-published entry route, not a credited amount in our account.
For cash requests, the same document sets a 100-qualifying-SC minimum, one request every 48 hours, and up to ten days to process payment; requests over $2,500 may take longer. No completed request is recorded here.
A zero-balance refill applies to Gold Coins
Section 6.15 of the terms, checked September 8, describes an on-demand refill in selected jurisdictions when the Gold Coin balance reaches zero. It requires a short form and CAPTCHA, with at least 100 Gold Coins after verification of the form.
That is a different currency and process from the free-SC email-reply route. The selected-jurisdiction wording also means the refill should not be promised to every account.
