Our Free Spin account record stops at incomplete identity verification. The June summary identifies missing government-issued identification as the unresolved requirement. There is no confirmed delivered payment in the reconciled record.

That is a specific limitation of this test. It does not establish that a valid prize was refused, because the record does not show completion of the required identity step. It also means that account access or an available coin balance cannot be used as proof that the account completed the full prize process.

The postal route also requires a verified account

We read the Sweeps Rules, version 3.2 dated March 30, on September 7, 2026. The mail-entry section requires a registered and verified account before a request is mailed. That directly affects the gap in our test: mailing a request would not bypass the missing identification.

The procedure uses a unique, account-specific Postal Request Code and handwritten information matching the registered identity and address. Codes are single use and expire after thirty days. The rules direct users to the account’s code-generation flow, with campaign instructions potentially affecting the process.

We have not sent a Free Spin postal request or verified crediting time. A correctly copied mailing address alone would be insufficient evidence of compliance if the account were unverified or the code expired. Readers considering that route need the current full instructions, not an abbreviated template detached from the account requirements.

A displayed balance is not winner authentication

The rules distinguish a balance displayed in the account from completion of the operator’s winner-authentication procedure. They say the user must satisfy the conditions and receive notice that verification is complete. They also describe possible eligibility declarations or releases where applicable.

This is a published procedure, not a stage we have passed personally at Free Spin. In our case, the missing identification remains the clearest unfinished step. We have no basis to report the later authentication, prize decision, or delivery as completed.

For somebody following a pending case, the useful question is which requirement remains open. A balance screenshot can show what was displayed at a particular time. It does not establish that an identity document was accepted or that a request was sent to a payment provider.

The prize section needs to be read with eligibility

The redemption provisions describe US-dollar bank payments, matching account details, a qualifying balance, and limits. These are conditions in the rulebook rather than a bank route we have tested. The rules also reserve flexibility over some limits, so a reader should check the actual request screen and applicable offer.

There is an internal drafting inconsistency: the eligibility list excludes New York, while one version of a repeated prize-limit paragraph still mentions it. That stray reference should not be treated as permission to participate from an excluded location. The inconsistency deserves clarification from the operator; BonusBandit cannot resolve legal eligibility by choosing the more convenient paragraph.

Our availability information provides context, but the user’s actual location and current operator restrictions still matter. No purchase or extra play can cure an eligibility restriction.

Free Spins winnings are capped, and some games do not count

Sections 5.5.1 through 5.5.3 of the rules reviewed on September 7 cap credited Free Spins winnings at two Sweeps Coins for every five spins granted. Excess winnings are not credited, and the credited winnings must themselves complete playthrough. We have not tested that cap; it is a published qualification to the value of a spin offer.

The playthrough section excludes Hi Lo, Live Casino, table and roulette games, card games including baccarat and blackjack, and the named slots Book of 99 and Epic Joker. The list can change. Playing a game that accepts coins does not necessarily advance the requirement. Read the current list alongside the general terms and the individual promotion before treating an offer as usable toward a prize.
