Trustpilot shows a 3.5 TrustScore with 51 reviews, but multiple sources blacklist the site for fake Pragmatic games and bootlegged software. SweepsKings rates it 1.9/10 and 38/100, and JustGamblers includes it in a blacklist. The mixed Trustpilot score is outweighed by widespread warnings.

BigCashSweeps: Sweep Bonus winnings stay in a separate bonus category
BigCashSweeps uses a third category called Sweep Bonus alongside Gold Coins and Sweep Coins. Its Sweep Rules, read September 8, 2026, say games played with Bonus produce Bonus rewards. They do not describe those results as automatically becoming redeemable Sweep Coins.
A growing Bonus balance is not a measured cash-out balance
Section 6 calls Sweep Bonus a free item for trying games and says it cannot be purchased. The rules separately describe Gold Coins as standard-play currency without monetary prizes, and Sweep Coins as entries used in promotional games.
Those distinctions explain why a three-balance account cannot be reviewed by adding every displayed number together. The label on the balance matters. The public wording we read did not provide a universal conversion from Bonus winnings to eligible redemption coins.
Our June 15 test note had already flagged three currency tiers and unclear playthrough, along with no daily bonus and a purchase requirement before redemption. It is a record of that test, not a current policy saying every free-entry method requires payment.
The current homepage still presents an unlocking step
On September 8, the public homepage displayed a redeemable-bonus prompt followed by a deposit-to-unlock instruction. A first-purchase headline also used a large SC percentage. Neither established a successful conversion or delivered prize for our account.
Opening the explanatory control led to a registration screen during our public-page check. We did not register, request a code, deposit, or play. The public view therefore did not resolve the qualifying purchase amount, any account-specific multiplier, or the final treatment of a bonus-funded win.
What would establish the missing conversion
A useful verification would need the starting currency label, the exact promotion terms shown to that account, the amount used in play, and the resulting balance category. A later request and receiving-account receipt would then establish redemption and delivery. A rising Bonus counter alone supplies none of those later stages.
