Blitzmania

On June 11, 2026, Blitzmania emailed our account to say we had finished first in a Friends Day promotion. It advertised an SC prize alongside a BC allocation and said, “It’s already waiting in your balance!” A second email arrived later that day with the subject “Correction: About that 1st Place Email.”

The correction said “a message indicating a 1st place finish was sent to all participants.” Blitzmania attributed this to an error and apologized. This is a documented error in the announcement sent to our account. We have no account-balance evidence establishing that the advertised prize was credited, withdrawn, or later removed, and the correspondence does not establish that every other promotion had the same problem.

The original called the event a raffle; the correction referred to a race. That inconsistency is another reason to retain both messages when investigating a promotional result. The first email alone would leave a reader with a materially different impression of what happened.

The June redemption email describes money being sent

Our June 29 correspondence concerns a separate redemption. Blitzmania said the request had been approved and the funds were on their way by ACH. It gave an expected arrival window of one to three business days, depending on the bank. The subject announcing that the redemption was on its way fits that narrower description.

The payout table on this page includes a June 29 delivered entry and another delivery with incomplete details. The email we reviewed independently supports approval and dispatch, rather than the moment funds became available at the receiving bank. It cannot supply a missing receipt date or prove that both table entries used ACH. The relationship between that dispatch notice and the recorded delivery deserves reconciliation before drawing a stronger timing conclusion.

August correspondence also shows that we submitted material for bank-account verification. The messages located in this research pass were outgoing submissions. They do not establish what Blitzmania requested, whether those documents were accepted, or whether a later redemption was delayed for that reason.

The prize rulebook has a misleadingly named address

We checked Blitzmania’s Official Sweeps Rules on September 8. Although the URL says responsible social gaming, the page contains the substantive prize rules and displays an April 10, 2026 update date.

Those rules separate Gold Coins from prize-eligible Sweeps Coins, require allocated Sweeps Coins to be played before redemption, and impose a minimum redemption threshold. They also reserve a daily redemption limit and require winner verification even when the screen indicates a win. A promotional email cannot establish that those conditions have been met. The June correction makes that distinction particularly relevant to our own experience.

The general terms, bearing the same update date, name Basil Smash Inc. and distinguish general games from promotional contests. They reserve additional identity and eligibility checks. Their provision about voiding and refunding purchases made from excluded territories includes an administrative-fee allowance; that is a specific purchase-reversal condition, not evidence that our ACH redemption incurred that fee.
