Cazino

Cazino’s main site did not open when we tried it on September 8, 2026, and it still did not open on September 28, when www.cazino.com returned an HTTP 502 error and the bare cazino.com address failed before a secure connection was made. Our file had logged a maintenance screen on June 12 and an error page on July 13. We have never held a Cazino account, bought coins or reached support. We have not been paid by Cazino, so our own records cannot confirm that it pays, and we found no operator notice explaining the outage or giving a reopening date.

Cazino’s Terms and Rules are still readable. On September 28, 2026 we read Cazino’s Terms of Use, version 1.1 dated August 16, 2025, and its Sweepstakes Official Rules of the same date, both still hosted on the operator’s content server; the same files appear in an Internet Archive capture dated March 5, 2026. Because cazino.com itself returns errors, we cannot confirm that these August 2025 versions still govern. None of our dated checks, from June 12 through September 28, 2026, involved an account, so they cannot show how Cazino would handle a redemption if the site came back.

The promo page sends visitors to the failed domain

The promotional page at promo.cazino.com loaded normally on September 28, 2026. It advertises “LC 200,000 + FREE SC20” and its PLAY NOW buttons point to cazino.com, which failed that day. The page prints no terms or expiry date for the banner offer. Our September 8 note called this page indexed promotional copy; that description is superseded by a live page making an offer.

The March 5, 2026 archive capture holds a first-login interface string reading “Today: 1 Sweepstake Coins & 5.000 Lucky Coins”. We cannot establish whether that string was displayed or credited. The Rules list signup, login and verification rewards without amounts.

Cazino’s Terms forfeit coins if the service ends

The Terms say all Virtual Coins “are forfeited if Your User Account is terminated or suspended for any reason” or “if the Services are no longer available.” Another clause lets Cazino “temporarily suspend the whole or any part of the Service for any reason” and promises restoration “as soon as is reasonably practicable.” No clause we read addresses balances during a long outage. Coins also “automatically expire” after sixty consecutive days without Virtual Coin game play, and no clause we read says whether that clock ran between the maintenance screen we logged on June 12, 2026 and the 502 error we got on September 28.

The only support channel the Terms name is email to support@cazino.com, where replies may take up to 24 hours. On July 13, 2026 we planned to ask support about play-through, but a scheduled-maintenance screen prevented contact; no question was sent. The help center at support.cazino.com showed a sign-in page before any article on September 8, 2026, and it still did on September 28.

Lucky Coins never redeem, and Sweepstake Coins need one slot play-through and 100 coins

Lucky Coins, the currency Cazino sells in packs, have no prize route under section 6 of the Rules. Section 7 allows redemption only of Sweepstake Coins won through gameplay, rather than collected through the methods in section 6. Section 9 requires Sweepstake Coins to be played in an Eligible Game “one (1) time” before they are eligible to be redeemed, defines an Eligible Game as any slot, and lets Cazino raise that number after advance notice.

Section 9 sets the minimum at “US$100 or more (i.e., a minimum of 100 eligible Sweepstake Coins)” and allows one redemption request per 24 hours. Cazino may limit redemptions to $9,900 per day and pay “in smaller increments over a number of days.” The Rules name no payment method; the archive capture has interface text for ACH bank transfer and for card, neither of which we have seen used.

Our September 8, 2026 note cited indexed help-article text linking Lucky Coin play to the Rewards Club, exclusive games and daily jackpots, while Sweepstake Coin play did not affect club perks. The article required sign-in on September 28, so that earlier description remains unconfirmed.

Cazino’s Terms list the excluded states, and its Rules cap a Florida prize at $5,000

The Terms bar access from California, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, Tennessee and Washington, and from anywhere outside the United States; the Rules repeat that list for the sweepstakes. An entry approved June 15, 2026 quotes Cazino site configuration text in which a player confirms being “not a resident of / located in a Restricted State”; that text was read while the terms page sat behind the maintenance screen, so it is not a sign-up screen we saw. Section 9 adds a per-spin prize limit “limited to the value of US $5,000 in Florida.”

The mail-in addressee differs from the named sponsor

The postal route in section 6 of the Rules requires a 4x6 index card handwritten in blue ink with a 20-digit Request Code tied to the account, mailed from the state of the verified address within two days of generating the code. Each request earns 5 Sweepstake Coins, capped at 10 requests per calendar month, and no crediting timeline is given. We have never mailed one. The addressee is Tourbillon Digital Solutions Limited in Claymont, Delaware, a name absent from the other documents we read.

The Terms and Rules name Heuston Gaming Limited, an Irish company, as contracting party and sponsor. The promo page footer, read September 28, 2026, says Cazino “is owned by Heuston Gaming Limited” and that Heuston Gaming Inc., a Delaware corporation in Middletown, performs “certain operations.” The Privacy Policy dated April 7, 2025 gives a different Delaware address, in Wilmington, for mailed privacy requests to Heuston Gaming Inc.
