Our Clubs Casino file contains no first-hand purchase, identity check, redemption request, postal request, daily claim, support contact or operator email. We have not been paid by Clubs Casino, so our own records cannot confirm that it pays. KHK Games, the Philadelphia sponsor, publishes Terms of Use version 5.6 and Sweepstakes Official Rules, both dated June 30, 2026, alongside the help and policy pages discussed below.

We read them on September 28, 2026. Our September 8, 2026 version of this note covered the Battle of the Pigs leaderboard, which by its own dates ended September 26, 2026; we did not re-check that page. That note cited the December 30, 2025 rules; the June 30, 2026 rules, posted July 1, retain the quoted payment clauses. The redemption help article gives a 100 Sweeps Coin minimum the June 30 rules do not print, and payment times the rules do not guarantee; we have no request from which to measure performance.

The 100 SC minimum is in a help article, not in the June 30 rules

The support article “How to Submit a Redemption Request”, published May 27, 2025 and checked September 28, 2026, says a request needs “at least 100 redeemable Free Sweeps Coins”. The Welcome Offer page, last modified November 11, 2024, repeats 100 and values each redeemable Sweeps Coin at $1 in redemptions. The June 30 rules print no minimum, though Section 4 refers to minimum amounts “stated in these Official Rules”. Purchased Gold Coins cannot be redeemed; the Rules permit them to carry bonus Sweeps Coins.

The article lists two methods: a Prize Out gift card voucher, emailed “within 3 business days after processing”, or cash to a debit card, which it says typically finalizes within five to seven business days once processed. The Prize Out article, showing September 5 and October 13, 2025 update dates, says two emails follow the selection, one from Prize Out and one from Clubs, confirming that the redemption “has been received and is currently pending”; those notices report a pending request, rather than receipt of the voucher.

Rules Section 6 permits refunds in place of prizes

Section 6 of the June 30 rules says “it may take up to 30 days to process the payment of any redeemed Prizes”, that identity verification may delay it, and that a prize of $500 or more may take longer and arrive in more than one equivalent lump sum. Neither the help article’s 3 business days nor its five to seven appears in these rules, which do “not guarantee processing times”. The limit is one request per account every 5 days, unless KHK chooses to process more. It may refund the player’s purchases “in lieu of” paying the prize, may charge handling or payment processing fees, and treats a prize paid by mistake as “a debt owed by you to us”.

Terms 4.9 lets KHK close an account inactive for 365 days without notice, and Rules Section 3 says Sweeps Coins “may be forfeited” when an account is closed for any reason. Terms 6.11 also expires Virtual Coins after 90 days without gameplay. The Terms call those coins nonredeemable but do not settle whether that expiry reaches Sweeps Coins.

Battle of the Pigs ended without a recorded entry from us

Our September 8, 2026 read of Battle of the Pigs gave August 30 to September 26 as its run, across four weekly periods of 10,000 SC each. One SC played on an eligible game earned one point; free-spin play was excluded. Each of ten games had a player leaderboard. Aggregate game points determined that game’s pool, shared among its ten highest-scoring players; players could qualify on multiple games, and ties favored the earlier total. Standings remained provisional, with prizes subject to final verification. We neither entered nor recorded a ranking and did not recheck the page September 28.

That event’s dates have passed. Separately, the June 30 Rules both exclude New York and cap its prizes, alongside Florida’s, at $5,000 per monthly entry period, without explaining the New York conflict.

Daily and postal Sweeps Coins depend on verification

Rules Section 5 says, in capital letters, that nobody wins a prize “UNLESS AND UNTIL” verified, and lists photo ID, “biometric facial scan recognition”, proof of address and SSN validation. Under Terms 8.3, KHK may request source-of-funds papers such as a payslip or bank statement. Under Terms 6.1, a payment method in another name gets the account “suspended”. The March 4, 2024 Privacy Policy says an unnamed vendor collects faceprints, deleted within 3 years of the last interaction with that vendor.

The Daily Free Coins page, last modified May 12, 2025, promises 1,000 Gold Coins and 0.20 Sweeps Coins a day, with a 1x playthrough on the SC. The bonus resets at 6am ET and “cannot be claimed on both Clubs Casino and Clubs Poker on the same day”. The rules say the amount is whatever the account displays and that daily Sweeps Coins become available only once the account “has been verified to our satisfaction”. No daily claim is on our record to test that figure.

A card mailed in a stamped envelope to PO Box 8219, Manchester, NH 03108 from the state of verified residence earns 3 Sweeps Coins, subject to verification. Each 12-digit Postal Request Code is valid for 30 days from display, and a code expired at processing is void. No crediting timeline or daily or weekly mailing cap is printed. Rules Section 4 sets a one-play minimum on Sweeps Coins and lets KHK require up to 20 plays.

The official FAQ link returned a 404, and a dispute starts with a notice to KHK

The Clubs Casino FAQ page links to what it calls the official FAQ, and that link returned a 404 on September 28, 2026. Terms 6.12 says support can be reached around the clock by web form or email, and that a reply may take up to twelve hours.

Terms 15 has a player email a Notice of Dispute to admin@clubspoker.com first; KHK has 30 days to respond, and a phone or video conference comes before any arbitration. Terms 16 specifies individual JAMS arbitration, a $250 consumer fee and a small-claims exception. Terms 19.1 applies Delaware law; Terms 14.3 sets a one-year filing limit. The arbitration opt-out has a 30-day window and is unavailable to anyone previously bound by an arbitration provision.
