The incomplete receipt limits the review in practical ways. It cannot show whether the prize was a gift card or cash, how long the request took, or how much money arrived. A general statement that Cluck has paid is supported; a claim about a particular route or fast processing is not.

The returned-prize clause concerns what happens after a prize cannot be delivered. It does not establish why the unmatched request on this page lacks a receipt. A support answer linking the exact transaction to that clause would be needed before attributing a balance loss to it.

Cluck Bucks and Gold Coins have different roles

The current terms, updated August 21, 2026 and reviewed September 7, distinguish Cluck Bucks used for promotional play from Gold Coins used for entertainment. Gold Coins cannot be redeemed for prizes. The rulebook describes specific ways to obtain promotional entries, including marked purchase packages and no-cost opportunities.

A purchase window must therefore identify the promotional component explicitly. A Gold Coin amount alone does not establish a prize-eligible allocation. We have no complete first-hand purchase package in this record that would verify a current welcome offer.

The terms also give promotional Sweeps Coins a validity period measured from crediting if they are not used for gameplay. That differs from the account’s separate inactivity definition. We have not tested expiry, and an expiry clause should not be treated as encouragement to play more.

Returned prizes may not restore the coins

Section 7.9 says that if a prize is refused, returned, or cannot be delivered, the corresponding Cluck Bucks will not be restored to the account. This is a consequential published condition. We have not tested its enforcement or established that it affected our unmatched request.

That makes the final request details particularly important. For gift cards, the rules use the registered email. For cash, they describe the purchasing payment method or, where technically necessary, an alternative financial account legally and beneficially owned by the user.

A reader seeing a returned payment should ask the operator to identify the return reason and the clause applied before assuming the account balance will reset for another attempt. The current rule differs from platforms that explicitly return coins after a cancelled request. Our evidence does not justify promising such a return here.

The processing estimate includes manual-review qualifications

The terms describe a short ordinary processing estimate and a longer typical period for manual review, with an email notice if a request is held. They reserve further time for additional verification. Those are policy descriptions, not speed measured in our Cluck test.

The same section reserves processing fees and redemption limits. The selected route’s net amount and any deduction need to be visible before the request is confirmed. Reaching a balance threshold does not establish that fees, document checks, and payment compatibility are resolved.

The winner-verification section also distinguishes a displayed win from a verified prize. A screen can document what the account showed, but the rulebook requires completion of the operator’s validation process. Our May receipt confirms one delivered outcome without showing every preceding step.

A complaint should identify the disputed request

The terms direct complaints through the registered account email with identifying details, a description, and relevant dates. They state an ordinary response target of five calendar days, with some cases taking up to ten and a delay notice within three.

For the unmatched request in our record, the missing information is still basic: what was requested, when, through which route, and whether it arrived. A complaint or follow-up should identify those events rather than infer them from a general balance.
