However, the 60-day expiration of Gold Coins and the broad discretion to void games, deny redemptions, and forfeit balances are buried in later clauses without prominent warning, and the "no refunds" policy is stated plainly but could be considered a player-hostile trap. This places it in the standard sweeps boilerplate range where careful reading is required.

CoinsBack: support supplied redemption conditions but could not date the launch
CoinsBack’s September 1, 2026 support exchange produced useful operational answers and an unresolved historical question. We asked when the public product first combined Sweeps Coin play with redemption. Support could not verify that date, and a September 2 follow-up could not supply an earliest month either.
Method minimums come from support, not an SC rulebook

An eligible 75-SC balance would clear only the lower stated threshold. That example depends on the support conditions being applicable to the account; the public Gold Coin terms do not independently confirm them. The unanswered launch-date question and the redemption-policy gap are separate issues. A fast reply resolved neither automatically.
The replies were substantive, but the launch date stayed unknown
The first response arrived 43 seconds after our outgoing message. It confirmed the sweepstakes product and stated different minimums: 100 SC for Skrill or MassPay, and 50 SC for Prizeout. After we clarified the historical question, another reply arrived 37 seconds later.
That follow-up described Level 1 verification and a permitted state as requirements for SC play, and verified eligible US accounts for redemption. It also stated a one-time SC playthrough requirement. These are dated support statements, not independently completed transactions or a guarantee that each method will remain available.
The public terms focus on a different currency
The public terms, read September 8, describe Gold Coin social play and say those coins cannot be redeemed. They define inactivity around login or logout activity exceeding 60 days and separately give Gold Coins a 60-day validity period from receipt.
Those Gold Coin provisions do not independently confirm the SC conditions in the support exchange. The document also says its terms prevail over email or chat communications. The unresolved documentation gap is therefore relevant when relying on a support answer about SC eligibility or a particular payment method.
A free-spin email required a manual step
A separate September 1 promotion offered 20 free spins on Coins of Dragon. Its instructions required visiting the promo-code page, applying the code, and opening the specified game; the stated deadline was September 2 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern.
This was a dated invitation, not an automatic balance credit. We did not claim it during this research, and the email does not show a resulting win or prize delivery.
