CosmoSlots: a current maintenance notice qualifies older payment rules
The CosmoSlots homepage displayed a maintenance notice when we checked it on September 8, 2026. It said updates were underway and that the site would return, without a reopening date. Direct requests to its terms and redemption-policy pages also failed during this check.
Maintenance is the observed status, not a confirmed closure
The public notice supports a temporary-unavailability observation from our visit. It does not establish that every customer was locked out, that the operator permanently closed, or that a pending prize was refused. Our first-hand entry has no detailed redemption that would demonstrate one of those outcomes.
The older rules distinguish three similarly named units
Search-indexed text from the operator’s sweepstakes rules, retrieved September 8, distinguishes Game Tokens for social games, Sweeps Tokens for entry, and Sweep Tokens for prizes. The document also uses the label Prize Points in its winnings explanation.
Under that text, entry tokens themselves cannot be redeemed; winnings are recorded separately, and Sweep Tokens cannot be risked again once won. That is materially different from treating every token balance as one interchangeable SC total.
The indexed rules specify 50 eligible prize tokens for a request and reserve a 3,000-token daily limit. Because the live policy pages were unavailable, these figures are reported as the retrieved policy text, not confirmation of today’s cashier settings.
A payment can need a replacement destination
