Terms honesty 35

35/100, weak (below 50).

Evidence type: Operator terms. Reviewed and approved by Noah Rafkin on June 15, 2026.

The ToS contains several player-hostile clauses (forfeiture for any reason, no refunds, promotion exclusion at sole discretion) and a class-action waiver, which push it toward the lower end of the rubric. Redemption rules are present but require careful reading, and the arbitration opt-out is available but buried. The overall tone is standard sweeps boilerplate with notable traps.

Dogg House: daily Dogg Cash requires no balance and no pending prize

The official sweepstakes rules, checked September 8, 2026, distinguish Dogg Coins for social play from Dogg Cash, abbreviated DCH, used for sweepstakes participation.

The daily rule is a conditional refill

Account situation What the September 8 rule supports
Zero DCH and no pending prize The stated refill may be available, subject to eligibility
Positive DCH balance The zero-balance condition is not met
Zero DCH with a pending prize The no-pending-prize condition is not met
Login without checking those conditions No established entitlement from login alone

At the stated three-DCH postal award, ten approved requests would reach the 30-DCH monthly limit. That is cap arithmetic, not proof of ten processed requests or an incentive to exhaust a balance for another refill. DCH, social-play Dogg Coins and delivered prizes remain separate quantities.

The grant is a refill with conditions

The rules say eligible accounts with zero DCH and no pending prizes may receive one DCH per 24 hours, subject to change. A login alone does not satisfy those stated conditions.

Postal entries are a separate route: the published award is three DCH per approved request, with a 30 DCH monthly limit. Those limits should not be added to a daily figure as though every account automatically receives both.

Prize processing can take up to 30 days, or longer for prizes of $500 or more, and only one prize per account may be processed every five days. These are the operator’s conditions, not an observed payment result.

The inactivity clock uses gameplay

The April 13, 2026 terms describe virtual coins expiring after 60 consecutive days without gameplay using them. That differs from a rule based solely on signing in.

The same document says its security SMS messages are used when necessary for verification, such as suspicious login attempts. It warns that opting out can prevent receipt of login codes and affect account access. The described security messages should therefore be distinguished from optional promotional emails.

Support is described as available continuously, with responses potentially taking up to 12 hours. We have no completed support exchange for Dogg House that tests that estimate.

We read the public documents without registering, requesting a grant, or submitting identification. The homepage advertises live-dealer, poker, and music features, but those descriptions do not establish that we have used them or verified any resulting prize.
