GoldSlips: its old help link is closed, while the app still serves account rules
The GoldSlips landing page, checked September 8, 2026, directs visitors to a Zendesk FAQ. That link redirected to Zendesk’s notice that the help center had closed. The app’s terms page still loaded its legal document, so the broken help link is not proof that the whole platform has closed.

The closed Zendesk destination makes the working terms page more useful, but does not prove support has stopped. Our commercial enquiry was acknowledged; it did not test the complaint procedure above.
The account rules are available inside the app
The terms served by the app displayed version 2.1, dated November 19, 2024. They name Rubystone Ventures LLC as the operator and distinguish Fun Coins, which cannot win prizes, from Gold Slips used in sweepstakes play.
The document requires identity information and a liveness check during its application process. Our June email asking for email verification does not establish that those separate identity checks were completed.
Account-activity complaints have a short stated window
Clause 3.11 asks for claims about account activity within seven days, after which Rubystone reserves discretion not to consider them. Clause 3.10 separately terminates dormant accounts after 12 months without a recorded transaction, revoking the virtual-item licenses. Logging in is not the activity expressly named in that clause.
These are the operator’s published terms, not a conclusion about whether a particular restriction is enforceable or an account-specific decision we have received.
The welcome headline is not an approved prize
The landing page advertises up to $20 in free play and says users can redeem after winning at least 50 Gold Slips. The maximum welcome amount does not show the account’s actual allocation, and reaching a headline balance does not establish completed identity verification or a paid prize.
Our August 26 commercial inquiry received a reply after 22 minutes and 15 seconds, saying it would go to the wider team. A later conversation-rating email did not add a decision. This was partnership correspondence, not a test of a player’s redemption complaint.
