Our GoldieCity file holds one first-hand entry, dated August 18, 2026: a test note reading “7sc welcome bonus, need a purchase of $20 for daily bonus.” No purchase, daily claim, support contact or redemption is attached to it, and we have not been paid by GoldieCity, so our own records cannot confirm that it pays. The September 8, 2026 version of this note said an August 18 email from GoldieCity confirmed that KYC was complete. As of September 28, 2026, our file holds no copy of that email and no identity-check start or finish time, so this version does not rely on it. The promotions page read September 28 promises 7 Sweep Coins and 70,000 Gold Coins “after sucessfully verifying your kyc”; that wording cannot establish whether our own verification finished.

We read GoldieCity’s current documents on September 28, 2026: the General Terms and Sweepstakes Rules, both marked “Last Updated: May 30, 2026”, the Responsible Gambling policy dated July 29, 2026, the Privacy Policy dated June 7, 2026, and the undated FAQ and promotions pages. We hold no copy of the Rules from before this read, and none of the Terms from before August 12, 2026. The August 18 note records no purchase, daily claim or cashout, and the May 30 documents set limits rather than report outcomes, so neither shows how a new GoldieCity request will be verified or how long it will take.

Our $20 daily-bonus observation lacks a matching public condition

On September 28, 2026, none of the pages we could read signed out stated the $20 condition. Rules 4.4(a) describes an “opportunity to be awarded a set amount of free Sweep Coins” on each daily login, with no amount and no purchase condition, and the promotions page lists no daily login bonus. We have not re-tested the gate since August. We have not asked GoldieCity support which clause the $20 condition comes from.

The Rules’ only no-purchase route is a daily login award with no amount

The General Terms preamble says “FREE ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF ENTRY ARE AVAILABLE AS DESCRIBED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES RULES.” Rules 4.3 sends the reader to “the free methods described in Sections 4.4”, and 4.4 lists two: the daily login award and bonuses attached to Gold Coin purchases. Purchased Gold Coins themselves have no cash redemption value. No free-entry mailing address, request format or per-entry amount appears in any document we read. The Rules’ only postal instructions cover a winners-list request and complaints.

The FAQ adds giveaway contests on GoldieCity’s Facebook page and a “faucet”, both without amounts, and the Faucet page requires login and we have not read it. Our August note does not identify its gated daily bonus as the 4.4(a) award.

Redeemable Sweep Coins can still be spent, and lapse after 60 days away

The Rules split Sweep Coins into total, unplayed and redeemable balances. Rules 5.3 says that when unplayed coins cannot cover a wager, the rest “will be withdrawn from the Participant’s redeemable Sweep Coins balance”, so a redeemable figure can shrink through play before any request. Rules 5.4 sets the minimum request at 100 redeemable coins, each worth one dollar under 4.5, and 5.6 requires one playthrough by default while reserving up to twenty for allocations such as promotional bonuses. The Terms add that coins can be voided if playthrough is not met within “a specified timeframe”, without stating how long that is.

Rules 4.7 and the Terms expire all Sweep Coins, unplayed and redeemable, sixty days after the last login. The Terms class an account as inactive only after “6 consecutive months” without one, so every Sweep Coin in it, redeemable coins included, has expired well before that mark.

Payout clocks: 30 days in the Terms, 15 business days in the Rules

The Terms say “it may take up to 30 days to process the relevant payment into your nominated bank account”, with up to 7 more days for payments over $5,000. Rules 7.5 says no more than fifteen business days “after the redemption request is approved and all verification requirements are satisfied.” The Terms also reserve the right to process only one prize request per account in any 24-hour period.

Document deadlines split the same way: Terms 9 wants documents “within 15 days” and Terms 6 gives 14 calendar days for payment-method checks, while Rules 6.3 allows thirty days before forfeiture. Terms 9 lists possible video calls, notarized documents and source-of-funds records, applies enhanced checks above $2,000 without limiting checks to that amount, and says a request “may remain pending indefinitely if verification is not completed.” Terms 9 names no verification vendor, and neither do the Rules or the Privacy Policy. Cash goes to the purchase method or, if technically impossible, a designated bank account; the destination must be in the player’s legal name. Rules 6.3 requires a W-9 before any redemption, while 7.4 links it to prizes of $2,000 or more in a calendar year. The SSN or TIN requirement carries that threshold.

We have no GoldieCity request of our own to measure against either clock.

Uptown LLC’s documents name GoldieCity’s excluded states but disagree on age, arbitration and brand

The Rules name the sponsor as “Uptown LLC, DBA GoldieCity, a Nevada limited liability company” with a registered address in Antioch, California. Rules 3.2 declares participation void in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington. The May 30 Terms admit eligible US players outside those exclusions. A June 15, 2026 research summary relayed an undated Reddit allegation that the Terms barred US players; we could not recheck the post or a pre-August 12 Terms copy. That allegation cannot establish an earlier restriction.

The Terms and Rules require 18 or the local age of majority, and the FAQ says 18, while the footer on every page we read requires 21 or the higher local age of majority. The Terms and Rules send disputes to individual arbitration under “CLAUSE 24”, but the published Terms end at clause 15, so no opt-out window can be read. The Responsible Gambling policy says GoldieCity “is not currently required to be licensed” and twice names a brand called JuwaCity. The Rules’ website link, displayed as goldiecity.com, points to uptownsweeps.com.
