The verdict

Our emails add an itemized fee and KYC approval sequence to the historical PayPal record, with clear limits on what their timestamps prove. The correspondence establishes that approval was communicated before the request, but repeated notices do not prove repeated verification rounds. Its dispatch times and fee require reconciliation with the delivered record before changing any payment totals or speed figures.

KYC fairness 58

58/100, mixed (50–69).

Standard sweeps KYC (government photo ID, proof of address, SSN validation, biometric facial scan) which is reasonable in scope, but timing is discretionary: the operator gives itself a 30-day window to chase documents and reserves the right to close/restrict the account if verification cannot be completed, with broad sole-discretion language and no stated turnaround for completing verification. Standard but vague/discretionary band.

Participants may be required to successfully complete a Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) Verification process provided by the Sponsor to validate eligibility to participate before redeeming any Prize. Standard sweeps boilerplate with the dual-currency and no-purchase model stated up-front and a clear 100 SC ($100) minimum redemption, which is positive. But it carries player-unfriendly clauses typical of the category: a mandatory binding arbitration AND class-action waiver (Section 17), broad sole-discretion forfeiture of coins/prizes on account suspension, and a 90-day SC expiry. The arbitration has a 30-day opt-out, partially mitigating. Redemption rules require careful reading. Lands mid-band.

Scoring rationale recorded 2026-06-19 (historical)

Brand-new operator: the About page states it was founded September 25, 2025, making it roughly 9 months old as of the 2026-06-19 research date. Per the rubric this falls in the 6-12 months clean band (40-50); no documented major incidents found, but limited operating history caps the score. Some independent review presence has begun to build (Trustpilot ~1,400-2,300 reviews), nudging to the top of that band.

Cider Casino: the fee and verification sequence behind our PayPal test

Cider Casino sent our account KYC approval notices on July 14, 2026, followed by a redemption-request email and a later success notice. The request and success messages both name PayPal. They also itemize a $7.77 fee, a detail that matters when interpreting the amount shown in a redemption email.

The historical payout table records our delivered PayPal test. The additional correspondence helps explain the process around it. It does not independently establish the receiving-account net amount, so we have not treated the fee line as permission to rewrite the recorded payout total.

Repeated approval does not prove repeated verification

Two KYC-approved notifications appear in the July 14 correspondence. They repeat the same successful-status message. That supports a claim that approval was communicated before the redemption request. It does not demonstrate two separate document reviews, two sets of requests, or an unusually burdensome verification process.

The distinction prevents an inbox detail from becoming a complaint that the evidence cannot support. We have not published the identity documents, account address, or private message links. A reader can understand the sequence without seeing that sensitive material.

The success email still describes processing

The later message says the redemption has been sent out, refers to banks processing it, and predicts posting within a further window. It uses generic bank-card language even though the method field says PayPal.

Its internal request and dispatch times also do not reproduce the timing displayed in the historical delivered record. We keep those measurements separate while they await reconciliation. Email dispatch is not a substitute for a receiving-account timestamp, and a general banking paragraph is not evidence that our PayPal transaction used a bank-card route.

Postal instructions include a changing statement

The Sweepstakes Rules, checked September 8, require the postal-entry declaration shown in the participant’s account dashboard. They warn that the wording can change. A saved statement copied from an older guide may therefore be insufficient even if the rest of the envelope looks correct.

The rules also require a unique postal request code, with a 30-day expiry. We have not completed a postal-entry test for this review. The useful fact is the dependency on the current account instructions, rather than a reusable mailing template that could become stale.

Names and currencies deserve attention

The July email footer names Mystic Mirror Studio Limited. The current prize rules identify Relaxing Moonlight Games Inc as sponsor and contain Hiwingo account references. These are the names on the specific records we inspected. They do not, by themselves, prove an ownership change or establish that another brand’s account works here.

The Terms of Service distinguish the platform’s virtual currencies and incorporate the separate prize rules. The prize rules reserve payment-processing fees and make redemption conditional on verification. That provides context for the fee and approval notices we actually received, without establishing a universal fee schedule.

Our strongest conclusion is the completed PayPal experience documented in the table, supported by a more detailed account of the surrounding correspondence. Future fee amounts, verification requirements, and delivery times still need their own evidence.

This is information, not financial or legal advice. Check current rules and eligibility; consult an appropriate professional about personal legal or tax matters.

What's the daily bonus really worth?

We haven't measured Cider Casino's daily bonus yet. We only estimate a daily coin average after logging the real coins first-hand, day after day, never from marketing copy.

What we found: Sweeps Rules confirm a 'Daily Bonus' of free Sweeps Coins claimable once per day via the 'Daily Reward' button after account verification, but no GC/SC amount is stated in the saved pages (amount is shown in-account). Amounts left null to avoid fabrication.

Played here? Tell us what its daily bonus pays and we'll test it ourselves. Or see operators we have measured on the daily-bonus value leaderboard.

What's a purchase really worth?

We do not yet have enough first-hand evidence to estimate purchase value, effective playthrough, or redemption success for this operator.

What we hold for Cider Casino: 0 logged packages · 0 completed purchase-to-payout cycles · 1 delivered redemption.

We model coin value only from packages we paid for ourselves, and only once there is a payout record showing the coins can be collected. Until we have bought and logged a coin package at Cider Casino, there is nothing here to model from.

What the factor scores do say: our terms review scores this operator's playthrough language at 88/100, and redemption reliability scores 70/100. A playthrough score rates how squarely the terms commit to a wagering multiplier, not the wagering you would face. A redemption score rates whether payouts arrive and arrive on time, not a share of your money coming back. Neither one can stand in for the tests we have not run here. See the methodology.
