Our file holds no Legacy purchase, identity check, daily claim, support message or redemption request. We have not been paid by Legacy Casino, so nothing in our records shows whether it pays or how long a payout takes. The newest outside signal we hold is a Trustpilot collection gathered September 27, 2026 for the window starting June 29: 23 reviews, 56.5 percent negative, with no complaint themes recorded. An older June 2026 search snippet quoted 3.5 out of 5 from one Trustpilot review; that earlier glimpse cannot describe the September collection.

We checked Legacy’s public documents on September 28, 2026. The Terms of Use and Service Agreement and the Award Rules both carry a last-revised date of April 27, 2026. Our June 14, 2026 attempt to read the Terms reached an error page saying “This Page No Longer Exists”. The September reading supplies the conditions quoted here; neither those conditions nor outside reviews measure a Legacy redemption of ours. The FAQ and the Transaction Limits and Redemption Times page carry no date.

The login-entry amount is unstated; the daily purchase reward has a ceiling

The Award Rules list three free ways to enter: verifying the account, “connecting to the Legacy Social Casino service”, and mail. The FAQ says verification adds 2 free Sweeps Coins (SC) and 30,000 Gold Coins (GC), after location access and a photo of a valid ID. We have not verified a Legacy account, so that allocation is Legacy’s statement, as in our note based on a September 8, 2026 read. No Legacy document we read gives the connecting route an amount or claim location.

Our earlier note, from a September 8, 2026 homepage read, said the first-purchase-of-the-day reward depends on a purchase. The FAQ, read September 28, 2026, labels it free but still ties it to “their first purchase of the day tier”, up to 15 SC and 100,000 GC, and no document we read publishes the tier table.

Mail is the one route with full instructions. The Award Rules call free entry by USPS first class mail “unlimited” and award 2 SC per complying request, one per outer envelope. The request is a 4 by 6 inch postcard or piece of white paper, unfolded and unlined, giving the applicant’s name as on government ID, account email, registered address and a brief statement requesting free Sweeps Coins. It goes in a stamped number 10 envelope addressed in legible handwriting to LEGACY SOCIAL CASINO Promotion, 15720 Brixham Hill Avenue, Suite 300, Charlotte, NC 28277, with “Sweepstakes Entries” on the front. A self-addressed stamped return envelope goes inside too, because Legacy mails back a voucher for the 2 SC, and Legacy asks for seven to fourteen days after receipt to dispatch its response. Our file records no mailed request.

The Award Rules say credits where the FAQ says Sweeps Coins

The FAQ calls Gold Coins “For fun play only” and says Sweeps Coins are worth USD 1 each and cannot “be bought or transferred”. The Terms of Use never use either coin name; they describe a “library of games for entertainment purposes” and a “free game of chance promotion”. The Award Rules award “one (1) credit” for “each dollar of prepaid purchase” and redeem awarded credits “at the rate of $1”. A purchase therefore produces promotion entry credit under the Award Rules, while the FAQ says Sweeps Coins cannot be bought. Only credits awarded through promotional play are described as redeemable. We have not asked Legacy which wording controls.

The Award Rules make non-redeemable credits “subject to a one-time playthrough requirement” without naming any excluded game, and the FAQ says SC become redeemable “after one play”.

The homepage says no delays; the limits page says times are not guaranteed

Legacy’s homepage, in our September 21, 2026 copy, advertises “instant payouts: no delays”. The Transaction Limits and Redemption Times page caps redemptions at $2,500 or 10 transactions per day and closes with “Redemption times are not guaranteed.” Its ACH chart lists availability the same day or by 8:30 AM the next banking day, while the FAQ gives ACH 1 to 3 business days. The FAQ says instant funds typically arrive “after the withdrawal is processed”, so the instant-method clock starts at processing, not submission. Our note based on the September 8, 2026 read made that distinction.

No captured document states a redemption minimum or fee. The April 27 Award Rules ask anyone who wins more than $2,000 in a calendar year for an IRS form carrying a Social Security number, and say prizes are reported on Form 1099-MISC. That line is Legacy’s rule as of the April revision; Legacy’s rules and federal reporting thresholds can change.

Utah and Oklahoma are on Legacy’s eligible list

The April 27 Terms and Award Rules block California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington. Both list Utah and Oklahoma as eligible, while our state records checked September 28, 2026 classified Utah as banned and Oklahoma as having a ban pending. These are different sources; the legality tracker carries our state notes.

The Contest Rules for paid skill contests, last updated January 10, 2025, prohibit Arizona, Arkansas, Maryland, South Carolina, Utah and Vermont, which the April Terms allow, and list Indiana, Maine and Mississippi as eligible.

Legacy leaves coin expiry undefined and publishes two support emails

Section 3 of Legacy’s Terms carries the heading “Expiring coins.” without a coin-expiry clause beneath it on September 28, 2026, as in our August 12, 2026 copy. No other Legacy document we read says how long Sweeps Coins last, though Section 6 permits a $5.00 monthly fee once an account goes 180 days without a login.

A question about coin expiry or that fee has two published email destinations. The Terms name Legacy Tech, LLC, a Delaware company with a Charlotte address. Section 17 lists a “24-hour support desk” at support@legacycasino.com, while the footer and Responsible Gaming page give support@legacyarcade.com, from the earlier Legacy Arcade name. Section 5 requires discussions with Legacy before arbitration in Mecklenburg County. Our file contains no contact with either support address.
