LuckySlots: identity confirmation without a payment receipt
An August 17, 2026 LuckySlots email confirmed approval of identity and proof-of-residence checks. It listed ID, proof of residence, and a selfie, and said account features including redemptions were available.
The confirmation has a specific boundary
The message did not state that a redemption had been requested, approved, processed, or received. We also do not have the submission timestamp needed to calculate how long verification took. It is a useful first-hand record of the completed check, without a measured end-to-end payout.
Section 9 of the public terms, version 1.1 dated May 17, 2025, reserves further identification, credit, and other reasonable verification checks. The approval email should therefore not be read as a promise that the operator can never request another check.
The Playson promotion advertised chance-based drops
Our July 30 email described a Playson 2K Drops campaign in participating games, with surprise rewards containing SC and free spins. It did not establish that each player would receive 2,000 SC, or that every drop had the same value.
We did not enter that promotion or receive a documented drop. Its mixed reward types also make the number of free spins different from an immediately redeemable SC allocation.
Targeted email links are not general bonus codes
The terms’ prohibited-conduct section specifically addresses groups organized to share offer URLs emailed to selected players. For this review, the original email supplies dated campaign details; its personalized claim links are not published as offers available to every reader.
