Midas Jackpots

Our file on Midas Jackpots holds one piece of operator contact: a welcome email received July 25, 2026, which, as our September 8 note recorded, named no welcome-coin amount, daily allocation or redemption conditions. On July 13, 2026 we planned to ask Midas Jackpots about playthrough, but no question was sent. We have not been paid by Midas Jackpots, so our own records cannot confirm that it pays. Our September 8, 2026 note described an August 24 email that bounced. We cannot locate its supporting record and withdraw that statement.

We read the Terms and Conditions, marked “Last Updated: June 5, 2025”, and the Sweeps Rules, marked “Last Update: June 05, 2025”, on September 28, 2026. Both still load from the operator’s document host, though the brand’s website does not link to them. Our checks of the site, July 13 to September 28, 2026, involved no prize request, and June 2025 documents cannot show how Midas Jackpots would handle one now.

Every address we tried on the brand’s domain opens a login screen titled CMS

Our September 8, 2026 note recorded the About page redirecting to a login screen, while its indexed text described games, giveaways and mail-in entry. On September 28 every address we tried on www.midasjackpots.com, including Terms, Privacy and Register, did the same. The screen, titled “CMS”, asks for an email and password and lists menus such as Anti Fraud and Reports; it has no lobby, sign-up form or legal link. Rules 3.1(a) and 3.2(a) leave the registration and daily bonus amounts to that Website, so on September 28 no current amount could be read on it.

On September 28, 2026 the bare midasjackpots.com address presented a security certificate issued to arthurfortunes.com. Prosperous Play’s corporate homepage on September 28 listed Arthur Fortunes among its visible brands and named Midas Jackpots only in the page’s source code. Archived captures show the old marketing site loading between January 15 and June 13, 2026; they do not show whether redemptions worked. The certificate alone does not show that accounts moved, that Midas Jackpots closed, or what became of balances. We did not sign in to the login screen.

If an account is deactivated because the Website closes, Terms 17.6 promise “commercially reasonable efforts to enable redemption of any existing Prizes associated with your Account,” and in the same sentence end all rights to Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. With no player page on the brand’s domain, the documented channel for a complaint is the email in Terms 16.1.

The mail-in address moved to Southlake without a new Rules date

The current Sweeps Rules ask for a handwritten postcard or letter, first class, with the applicant’s name, address, account information and the subject “Free Sweepstakes Entry”, sent to Prosperous Play US Limited Liability Company, 950 E State Hwy 114, Suite 160, Southlake, Texas 76092. An older upload of the same Rules, in an archived copy captured March 13, 2026, gives 2201 Spinks Rd., Suite 252, Flower Mound, TX 75022.

The address and company-name spelling are the only substantive differences we found; both copies print “Last Update: June 05, 2025”. Our June 23, 2026 record used Flower Mound from the older copy. The document read September 28 supplies Southlake instead.

The Rules allow any number of requests, each on its own postcard or letter, but state no Sweeps Coin amount per request and no crediting time. We hold no first-hand postal request to Midas Jackpots.

Both governing documents say 21, while an archived FAQ and the signup box said 18

Rules 1.1 require players to be at least 21 at the time of entry, while Terms 3.1(a) says over 21 or a higher local age of majority. The FAQ in an archived copy captured May 10, 2026 said “at least 18 years old” above a footer reading 21+, and the registration checkbox our July 13 read recorded also said 18.

Rules 1.1 admit only the United States, excluding Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Michigan, Montana and Washington “and other states blocked to the players in the system from being accessed.” The Terms instead exclude jurisdictions “outside of the United States and Canada”, while the Rules explicitly require US residence. The named excluded states are a minimum list because further platform blocks are unspecified.

Unplayed Sweeps Coins can be forfeited after 60 days, long before the 12-month dormancy rule

Rules 3.6 treat Sweeps Coins left unplayed for 60 days after they land in an account as forfeited, at Prosperous Play’s discretion. Terms 5.5 run a separate clock: an account inactive for at least 12 months may be deactivated and its unredeemed prizes forfeited. Terms 9.4 add a third, tied to verification: a requested document not provided within 30 days of the first request lets Prosperous Play deactivate the account, and unredeemed prizes then face forfeiture. These clauses have different triggers: unplayed coins, account inactivity and missing verification documents.

Rules 3.6 can reach unplayed coins while the account is still active under Terms 5.5. The Rules also distinguish nonredeemable Gold Coins from free Sweeps Coins: only Sweeps Coins won in gameplay are eligible for prizes.

The Rules misspell the complaint address required before arbitration

The Terms, and archived copies of the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy captured March 13, 2026, give Support@midasjackpots.com; Rules 11.3 gives Support@midaskackpots.com, one letter off.

Before a claim can reach the arbitrator described in Terms 19.4 to 19.7, Terms 19.2 ask a player to try to resolve the complaint under clause 16, and clause 16.1 sends that complaint to the midasjackpots.com spelling, not the one printed in Rules 11.3. The arbitration opt-out in Terms 19.5, due within 30 days of registering, is emailed to the same midasjackpots.com address. Terms 20.12 and Rules 11.1 both apply Texas law.
