The verdict

Monster Treasure’s June emails required a login plus one game round to prevent SC expiry. The countdown is documented, but actual forfeiture is not; its homepage displayed a missing-page screen in our September check.

Monster Treasure: two expiry warnings define qualifying account activity

Monster Treasure sent us a balance-expiry warning on June 15, 2026, followed by another on June 27. The first said 14 days remained; the second said two days remained. Those messages document a consistent countdown over the intervening 12 days.

Logging in alone did not satisfy the email’s instructions

The June 15 message described a 60-day inactivity rule for Sweeps Coins. Both messages instructed the account holder to log in and play at least one round in either Gold Coin or Sweeps Coin mode to prevent expiry.

The choice of currency matters. The notice explicitly included a Gold Coin round; it did not instruct us to purchase a package or necessarily risk Sweeps Coins. It also required gameplay in addition to signing in, so a login-only interpretation would omit a stated condition.

A warning is different from a completed balance event

We have not treated the final countdown as proof that coins were actually removed. The reviewed messages do not include an account ledger after the deadline, confirmation that the condition was satisfied, or a later prize receipt.

The current homepage does not provide replacement rules

On September 8, the Monster Treasure homepage displayed a branded missing-page screen. Its return-to-home link pointed back to the same root address. The previously referenced sweepstakes-rules address was also unavailable in our capture.

These access failures leave the current policy and service status unresolved. They do not establish a permanent shutdown or an outcome for an individual account.

  3. If it holds up we publish it with the community reports for Monster Treasure. Some reports get logged and never published.

No report changes the Trust Score. The score is computed from the seven factors, and a submission cannot move it. Community reports also stay separate from our first-hand tests, which are cashouts we paid for and recorded ourselves.
