Monster Treasure

An account in our name received a welcome email on April 30, 2026, four promotional emails between April 30 and May 7, and three coin-expiry warnings ending on June 27. We preserve only their subjects and dates; none identifies a purchase, redemption, identity check or support reply. We have not been paid by Monster Treasure, so our own records cannot confirm that it pays.

We tried to read Monster Treasure’s public documents on September 28, 2026, and none was available. Operator document clauses below come from our July 13, 2026 capture of the Terms and Conditions, version 1.2 dated July 1, 2025, and the Sweepstakes Rules, version 2.1 dated April 29, 2026. Our account evidence is limited to email subject lines from April 30 to June 27, 2026. Neither those subjects nor the July clauses establish a new redemption outcome, and we found no working request page on September 28.

Every document address we checked failed on September 28

The homepage returned a branded missing-page screen reading “Uh-oh! This monster took a wrong turn online.”, whose only link led back to the same root address. It carried no legal text and was last modified August 21, 2026. The terms, sweepstakes rules, privacy, FAQ and promotions addresses returned plain 404 errors, and monster.uptowin.co, which the July Rules linked for verification guidance, does not resolve. The September 8 version of this note had already recorded the missing-page screen and an unavailable sweepstakes-rules address, and our record shows the documents unavailable on September 25. As of September 28, the Internet Archive holds no copy of the Terms or the Sweepstakes Rules.

SweepsKings’ review, last modified September 15, 2026 and checked September 28, labels Monster Treasure “Closed” and says the company behind it “went into liquidation in August 2026”. The July Terms and Rules both name that company as MTreasure Labs Inc. SweepsKings cites no filing or operator statement, and we found none. Sweepsy’s list of closed sites, checked September 28, does not include Monster Treasure. Our operator profile, last updated August 2, 2026, contains no confirmed closure notice.

Three expiry warnings counted down to June 29

The coin-expiry emails arrived on June 15 (“Your coins are set to expire”), June 22 (“Monster Treasure coin expiration alert: 7 days left”) and June 27 (“Urgent: your coins will expire in 2 days”). Both later subjects point to June 29, 2026. Our September 8 note reported a 14-day warning in the June 15 body, consistent with that date.

That September 8 reading also reported that the June 15 message described a 60-day inactivity rule for Sweeps Coins, and that both the June 15 and June 27 messages told the account holder to log in and play at least one round in Gold Coin or Sweeps Coin mode to prevent expiry. By that account, the instruction did not ask for a purchase. As of September 28, 2026, our file holds only their subject lines, so that wording could not be re-read. Our July Terms excerpts quote no 60-day clause, though a summary written with that capture says the Terms kept coin balances valid for 60 days from the last login. The inactivity definition we did quote treats an account as inactive after no logins or logouts for over 12 consecutive months. We cannot tie the June countdown to a verbatim Terms clause.

No email after June 27 is in our file. We do not know whether the balance expired or whether any of it was Sweeps Coins rather than Gold Coins or the Crystals the Terms also name. The July Terms deny any refund or reimbursement for coins “selectively removed or revoked by us from your account.”

The July Rules cap redeemable free-coin prizes below the redemption minimum

The Sweepstakes Rules, version 2.1, required one play before redemption and allowed increases after advance notice. A redemption needed at least 100 eligible Sweeps Coins, stated as US$100, with a “Maximum of one (1) Prize redemption request in any 24 hour period.” The Rules described USD bank-transfer payment to the verified method last used to acquire Gold Coins, with a nominated alternative bank account possible after verification. They said they would “endeavour to process all Prizes within 30 days” and named identity checks among possible delays. Section 8.2.1 of the Terms said prizes were redeemed “minus processing fees”, and our excerpt of it states no fee amount.

Rules clause 7.13 capped the prize value redeemable from free-promotional Sweeps Coin winnings at US$40 per account, including coins from the Crystal Wheel, Visiting Rewards and Quests. That cap is below the redemption minimum, and our Rules excerpts do not say whether free coins alone could ever reach a redeemable balance.

Our June record excludes states absent from the July documents

The July Terms defined the Excluded Territory as California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington. The newer Rules repeated that list without Indiana and Tennessee. The Terms said that in a conflict with the policies they incorporate “the Terms will prevail.” Our excerpts do not show whether the Rules count as one of those policies, so Indiana and Tennessee stay unresolved.

Our June 19, 2026 state record, attributed to the Terms then, also excluded Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Maine, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Utah and West Virginia. None appears in either captured document, and we cannot trace them to a Monster Treasure source.

The July Terms gave 40 days to supply requested documents and sent disputes to arbitration

The July Rules listed final checks of a selfie and government ID, a utility bill “if required”, location services, and “a pay slip / bank statement to confirm source of wealth / funds documentation”. The Terms allowed an account to be deactivated or restricted if requested documents were not provided “within 40 days”.

The same Terms sent disputes to arbitration, with an opt-out due within 30 days of entering the agreement. The Rules said they incorporated “CLAUSE 24 OF THE T&Cs” for a class-claim waiver, yet the review written with our July 13 capture found that the Terms ended at section 22, and that their preamble pointed to section 16 for arbitration while the operative section was 18. This describes the July documents and is information, not legal or financial advice. Rules change, and neither document can be checked against a current version, so consult a lawyer about the opt-out or a class claim.
