Moozi

Our Moozi file holds four “New Login Alert” emails from Moozi, dated November 9, 2025, February 28, 2026, April 26, 2026 and April 30, 2026. Each reports access to an existing account without recording a purchase or payment. Our file holds no Gold Coin purchase and no redemption request. We have not been paid by Moozi, so our own records cannot confirm that it pays or how long a payment takes. Those alerts supersede the line in our September 8, 2026 note that said we had not registered.

Our September 28, 2026 reading covered Moozi’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, SC Promotional Rules, support FAQ and promotion pages. Neither login alerts ending April 30 nor public conditions measure how Moozi would handle a new request. The Terms tell readers to check a “Last Updated” date that the page does not display, the Privacy Policy points to one “indicated above” that is also missing, and the SC Promotional Rules carry no date, so a clause read that day cannot be tied to the day it took effect.

Four lists: Mississippi only in the SC Rules, Indiana only in the FAQ

The Terms limit accounts to United States players outside California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Iowa, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Tennessee and Washington. The SC Promotional Rules give a shorter list introduced with “e.g.” that adds Mississippi, which no other Moozi document names. The FAQ answer on restricted jurisdictions still carries the earlier list, with Maryland and without Maine or Iowa. A second FAQ answer, about reaching the site from a blocked state, adds Indiana.

Our July 21, 2026 Terms copy named Maryland and omitted Maine and Iowa. A September 15 change record flagged the replacement, which the September 28 page confirms. Our June 15, 2026 state record accepted Iowa and Mississippi and marked Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Utah and West Virginia as unavailable, although no Moozi document we read excludes them. The SC Promotional Rules mention Florida only to cap an SC prize there at $5,000 per spin or play. That June record has no preserved source and cannot resolve Moozi’s conflicting lists.

$100 in the Rules, 50 SC in the FAQ

The SC Promotional Rules say Moozi “will only process a prize redemption if the redeemed value of the prize is $100 USD or more.” The FAQ says a first redemption needs “at least 50 utilized SC Coins” and each later one 100 SC. The Rules make no first-redemption exception for the FAQ’s lower figure.

Moozi’s SC Rules enclose their cash-payment clause in square brackets; the FAQ names ACH and card distribution. The FAQ says, “You can reasonably expect your redemption to be processed within 24 hours.” Bank arrival may take up to 3 business days. It describes game-provider reviews for wins typically over $5,000 as usually taking up to 5 business days. The FAQ adds that Moozi “may take extra time to review a redemption” without saying how long.

Documents due in seven days, reviews quoted at 24 hours to 14 days

The Rules describe documents and signed forms with “a seven (7) day timeframe” and warn that failure to supply requested verification means “forfeiture of the SC and any SC-related prize”. The FAQ lists a selfie, a government photo ID and a proof of residential address, puts each review stage at 24 hours with delays “up to 7-14 days in some instances”, and says checks happen at the first redemption and again when account details change.

Terms section IV(f) lets Moozi ask for proof of “legal and beneficial ownership of your payment medium”, and the FAQ says an account whose name does not match the payment method “may be suspended”. Our file records none of these checks, started or completed.

The extra newcomer SC lasts 31 days; balances and postal codes have expiry rules

The Rules’ section III says SC are valid for only 60 days from the last login. Terms section IV(a) adds that unused GC and SC “may be removed from inactive accounts”, and section IV(b) says 60 days of idle Gold Coins alongside an active SC balance “triggers a review and potential account termination.”

The Rules give 0.1 SC a day for logins, plus 0.3 SC more during the first 31 days after signup, and state no Gold Coin amount. On September 8, 2026 the homepage showed a newcomer card of up to 3,000 GC and 0.3 SC beside a regular card of up to 1,000 GC and 0.1 SC; both were still there September 28. The Daily Bonus detail, labeled April 2026, describes “five consecutive days” with no per-day figures. On both dates the homepage showed 100,000 GC and 5 SC signup coins separately from a 261% first-purchase offer. The Terms make purchased Gold Coins nonredeemable and prohibit purchasing SC directly.

The postal route asks for a handwritten 4x6 postcard or sheet of white paper mailed to Moshy Gaming PO Box 8206, Manchester, NH 03108, from the state and ZIP code on the account. Each request asks for 3 SC and carries an access code, generated while signed in, that expires 60 days after it is generated. The Rules permit unlimited entries and describe processing as generally seven days, up to 14 from receipt. Our file records no postal request or postal credit. The Rules’ “Promotion Duration” clause ends the promotions on “December 31, 2025”, or earlier on 30 days’ notice, and shows no newer period.

The Terms name a complaint email and a separate arbitration opt-out

Section VII of the Terms gives support@moozi.com 30 days to settle a complaint. The arbitration opt-out is a separate written notice to ADMIN@MOOZI.COM, due within 30 days of first consent to the Terms. The Terms name no governing state law beyond the Federal Arbitration Act, and none of the Moozi documents we read gives a license, a regulator or a registration number.
