MySweepz: the seven-day offer is a total, and free-coin winnings have caps
MySweepz’s August 19, 2026 email advertised 17,000 GC and 1.70 SC over seven days. That was a weekly total, not 1.70 SC available every day. The following day’s subject line emphasized the SC amount without reproducing the full schedule in its body.
The account record cannot fill in the missing calendar
Our August 16–22 display has matching SC claims on Sunday through Wednesday, with Thursday through Saturday unfilled. It establishes four observed claims, not completion of a seven-day streak. We have not assigned invented amounts to the missing days to make the record match the promotion.
The August 19 message also advertised gift-card redemption from 25 and bank redemption from 100. Those were promotional statements sent to our account, not two successful transactions or a tested processing schedule. They should be checked against both the current rules and the actual request screen.
Free coins can produce capped eligible winnings
The official MySweepz Award Rules, read September 8, cap aggregate redeemable winnings from entry methods (b) through (f) at $25 per account, and method (g) at $50. In the ordered entry list, those groups cover social giveaways, daily login, welcome coins, wheel spins and missions, followed by referrals. Excess winnings may be removed or adjusted.
The same rules generally limit redeemable winnings to $25 per day unless the operator decides otherwise, process one request per five-day period, and allow processing to take up to 30 days in some circumstances. Their stated minimum prize value is $25. These limits are separate from the email’s bank-versus-gift-card headline.
The practical question is therefore the source of the coins behind a balance, not just its displayed size. We have not tested how MySweepz separates mixed-source winnings or applies those aggregate caps to a request.
Use the operator’s own domain for the policy
We traced this research to mysweepz.com, the domain used by the original correspondence and the live operator’s policies. Similarly named review pages on other domains were not treated as the operator’s rules.
The current terms identify AU.RUM TECH LAB LTD as the platform operator and Ventura Labs LLC as a limited payment and collection agent. They say the latter name may appear on statements. The August email footer used a different company name, so the correspondence should not be treated as a complete current ownership record.
MySweepz currently gives us a partial direct claim record, a dated weekly offer, and restrictive published redemption conditions. There is no delivered prize in the reviewed evidence establishing how those conditions were applied to our account.
