Rainbow's End Casino

Our account record for Rainbow’s End is nine emails. Our account received a welcome email on April 30, 2026, a May 2 message titled “Log in to get Gold Coins”, and seven more marketing emails through May 14. Our file holds only their subject lines and logs no Gold Coin purchase, no identity check, no daily claim, no redemption request and no support contact. We have not been paid by Rainbow’s End, so our own records cannot confirm that it pays.

On September 28, 2026 we read the Terms, which print their date as 01/12/25; the Sweepstakes Rules, printed as 07/31/26; and the undated FAQ, Contact page and homepage. Our emails end on May 14, 2026, before the date printed on the current Rules, so none shows those Rules applied to a request.

Rainbow’s End limits the daily Sweeps login claim to 0.1 coins

Our September 8, 2026 note framed Rainbow’s End around a login email with no stated Sweeps Coin reward. The Sweepstakes Rules dated 07/31/26, which predate that note, state amounts. Section 3.2.2 allows “up to a maximum of 0.1 free Sweepstakes Coins a day” for logging in. Section 3.2.1 gives “up to one (1)” Sweeps Coin across the first five days if the user logs in each day, subject to verification, and 3.2.3 promises weekly draws with at least 100 winners. Section 3.2.5 promises “five (5) free Sweepstakes” for each referred friend who registers, up to ten friends; its wording omits “Coins”. Mail-in requests carry no stated daily or weekly cap. The Rules preamble and the FAQ say Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased; 3.2.6 says a Gold Coin purchase may include them as a bonus.

Terms 6.2 says Gold Coins may be given free at signup and “at regular intervals” at login, but no document states a signup or login amount. The two refill routes in our earlier note read the same on September 28. Terms 6.12 allows small Gold Coin requests when a balance is too low to play, one at a time. Terms 6.15 offers a Free Refill in jurisdictions Rainbow’s End selects at its discretion, only once the Gold Coin balance reaches zero, after a short form and a Captcha, for at least 100 Gold Coins. We have used neither. Gold Coins expire after 180 consecutive days without Gold Coin play (Terms 6.11), and Sweeps Coins after 180 consecutive days without Sweeps play (Rules 2.7).

Rainbow’s End prints two redemption minimums in one Rules document

Sections 6.3 and 6.4 require “at least one hundred (100) qualifying Sweepstakes Coins” for a cash prize or a gift card, at $1.00 per coin. Section 6.13 instead refers to a minimum of 10 Sweepstakes Coins for any prize redemption. The text does not reconcile the two. The FAQ adds that “All of our prizes are cash prizes”, which leaves out the gift card in 6.4.

Cash goes only to “a bank or bank account held in your name” (6.7.3), and the FAQ rules out credit cards. On May 10, 2026 our account received an email titled “Fast redemptions when you’re ready”. The Rules set these limits: 6.8 permits one request per 48-hour window, and under 6.9 processing a payment may take as long as ten days. The FAQ says it “typically” processes redemptions within 48 hours, “provided no additional verification or gameplay checks are required”. We have filed no request, so none of these three statements has been tested.

Under Terms 9.4 an account can be restricted if a requested document is not supplied within 40 days of the first request. Our email record logs no document request, so nothing shows this clock started.

Mail-in requests go to a post office box in Watertown, New York

Rules 3.2.7 gives the address as CP WL, care of Rainbow’s End, PO Box 31, Watertown, NY 13601. Each conforming request earns two Sweeps Coins. The card must be handwritten in blue or other non-black ink and carry the account’s 12-digit Request Code, which is single-use and generated on the mail-in request page after login. One card per outer envelope is allowed, and the postmark must come from the state of the entrant’s verified address. The Rules state no daily or weekly cap.

The Rules say crediting generally finishes within ten days but can take up to twenty days from receipt. Mail-in coins must be played through once before they count toward a redemption (6.1); the Rules give no multiplier for coins from logins, draws or referrals. We have not mailed a request, so none of these timings is ours.

Support runs through a form the Contact page flags, and disputes go to Wyoming arbitration

Terms 6.14 says support can be reached “twenty-four hours seven days a week” through the Contact Us form. On September 28 the Contact page read “We are seeing intermittent issues with this form” and gave support@rainbows-end.com instead, with no phone line or live chat listed. We have not contacted support to test it.

The counterparty to any dispute is Big Sky Gaming, LLC, which every page footer names as owner and operator of Rainbow’s End, registered in Sheridan, Wyoming. None of the documents we read on September 28 names a gaming license or regulator.

Disputes go to individual AAA arbitration held in Wyoming under Wyoming law (Terms 16 and 19.1). The user pays a $250 arbitration fee, Big Sky Gaming covers other AAA costs up to $5,000, and the opt-out window is 30 days. Under Terms 12.5.2 users agree not to post comments on Facebook, Discord, Reddit, Trustpilot or X that are “false, misleading or deceptive or defamatory”. Rainbow’s End excludes Tennessee but publishes a testimonial signed from there

Terms 3.4, unchanged since our August 12, 2026 copy, lists Tennessee among its excluded states.

Rules 6.11 caps Florida prize redemptions at $5,000 per spin or play round and says amounts above that will not be redeemed to residents of New York or Florida, though New York already sits on the 3.4 list. On September 28 the homepage quoted a testimonial signed “Julie R, Tennessee”, alongside quotes attributed to players in Texas, Florida and Illinois. Tennessee is the only one of those four that the Terms exclude.
