Scrooge: twenty promotional spins are not twenty dollars of Sweeps Tokens
Scrooge’s September 5, 2026 email offered 15 spins plus five bonus spins for $2.98. The quantity was twenty spins, not twenty Sweeps Tokens or twenty dollars. The text did not provide a resulting win or a receipt showing that we bought the offer.
The welcome message did not specify a balance
An August 18 message said the account was live and rewards were waiting. It supplied no reward amount in the reviewed text and did not state that identification documents had been submitted and approved.
Those two emails establish different events: an account-related message and a later priced promotion. Combining them would not establish that the welcome reward funded the spin offer or that a prize became redeemable. Our test entry has no detailed transaction resolving those steps.
Scrooge uses a different token scale
The live Sweeps Rules, version 1.3 updated February 12 and read September 8, equate a $100 minimum prize request with 10,000 eligible Sweeps Tokens. The site’s token count therefore cannot be read using the common one-SC-per-dollar shorthand.
The rules generally require one playthrough, with discretion to require up to twenty. They also reserve a $100 cap on free-play winnings, a $5,000 daily redemption limit, and expiration after 60 days without logging in. The free-play cap is a reserved policy power, not evidence that Scrooge reduced a particular prize in our account.
A fast-processing headline needs a completed transaction
The public homepage advertised redemption processing in as little as 24 hours when checked September 8. That is an operator claim about processing, not a delivery time measured by Bonus Bandit. The priced-spin email and account message do not supply request, approval, or receiving-account timestamps.
