Our account record has no Tang Luck entries of any kind: no Gold Coin purchase, Daily Bonus claim, identity review, support ticket or cashout request, and our account inbox holds nothing from a Tang Luck, Sunshine Bling or Light Soft address. We have not been paid by Tang Luck, so our own records cannot confirm that it pays.

We read the Terms of Services, version 7.2 dated June 9, 2026, the Sweeps Rules, version 6.3 dated July 20, 2026, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Social Gameplay policy, the homepage and both app-store listings on September 28, 2026. Our previous note, dated September 8, 2026, drew on the same Terms and Rules versions and a homepage check made that day. The Terms bind players to SpinShift Limited, which the homepage and the Privacy Policy place at a Hong Kong address, and the sweepstakes sponsor is Sunshine Bling Inc of Denver. The homepage claims “certified fairness” without naming a certifier, and none of the documents we read gives a license number.

The Sweeps Rules added Iowa, Louisiana and Maine on July 6, and the Terms kept a June date

Clause 3.4 of the Terms bars residents of, and access from, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine (spelled “Miane”), Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey and Washington, plus Ontario and Québec. Section 2 of the Sweeps Rules repeats that list for the sweepstakes and adds California and New York. The Terms do not bar California or New York; they give players there Serenity Coins, abbreviate them as SC, the same letters the homepage uses for Sweeps Coins, and say in clause 8.3 that they “HAVE NO CASH VALUE.”

The three newest names first appear in the Rules in version 6.2, dated July 6, 2026. In the Terms they are missing from our June 22 copy, version 6.2, and present in our July 13 copy, version 7.2, yet both copies print “updated as of June 9th, 2026”, so the printed date does not show when the list changed. As of September 28, 2026, the accepted-state list on this page, verified June 19, 2026, still includes Iowa, while Tang Luck’s current documents exclude it. That June entry cannot establish current Tang Luck eligibility in Iowa. Now that clause 3.4 names Iowa, Louisiana and Maine, a Gold Coin purchase made from any of the three is void, with the refund paid “MINUS AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE OF UP TO 10%”.

Google Play says “No data collected” while the Privacy Policy names ID checks

The Terms say the service does not offer “REAL MONEY GAMBLING.” The Apple listing for version 1.0.68, dated August 31, 2026, and the Google Play listing updated July 28, 2026, both call the app “the Premium Online Casino for Real Money”.

The Privacy Policy, version 7.1, says the company may process “a face print, selfie, or government ID”. The Data safety section of the Google Play listing, read on September 28, says “No data collected” and “No data shared with third parties”.

A 6-month self-exclusion outlasts the 90-day Sweeps Coin expiry

Clause 7.3(c) of the Terms expires Sweeps Coins 90 days after the last login. Our September 8 note distinguished Gold Coins: clause 6.11 expires them after more than 12 consecutive months without login or logout, which the September 28 Terms still say. The Responsible Social Gameplay policy, version 2.0 dated June 15, 2026, sets self-exclusion at a minimum of 6 months and says “We strongly recommend you redeem any redeemable balance in your account before setting a Self-Exclusion.” By the policy’s own figures, the shortest self-exclusion outlasts the 90-day Sweeps Coin window. Clause 2.15 also says “Current pending redemptions won’t be affected.” Its next paragraph directs a player seeking redemption during self-exclusion to support@tangluck.com; the policy does not make self-exclusion an absolute bar to redemption.

The Rules bracket 30 days, while the Terms allow ten business days

Section 9 of the Rules says that “in some circumstances” payment may take up to “[30 days]” and that prizes of “[$500]” or more may take longer. Both brackets are on the page in the July 20 version.

Clause 8.9 of the Terms allows up to 10 business days. Under clause 1.4, the Terms control over the Rules in a conflict. The 30-day wording was already in our June 22 copy of the Rules. Our September 8 note reported both windows and found the homepage promoting faster redemptions at higher VIP levels without a complete public tier-by-tier timing table, and the September 28 homepage still advertises “Faster redemption”. Without a Tang Luck payment of our own, we cannot say whether a request is paid inside either window.

The homepage FAQ says eligible SC can be redeemed for “real cash or digital gift cards”. Neither the Terms nor the Rules lists gift cards as a prize route: clause 8.1 and section 9 send cash to the payment method used for the Gold Coin purchase or, failing that, to a nominated account.

The Daily Bonus waits for verification, and the mail-in route has had an address only since July 20

The September 28 homepage invited players to “Spin the Daily Bonus wheel every 24 hours for guaranteed rewards” and said they can “simply stay online to unlock extra rewards”, with no amount for either. Our September 8 note recorded the same wheel and extra rewards for time online. Section 6 of the Rules allows one Daily Bonus claim per UTC day, only after the account has been verified “to our satisfaction”, and shows the amount only inside the account.

The same section, in version 6.3, sends mail-in requests to Tang Luck, PO Box 9565, Manchester NH 03108; earlier versions said only “to Sponsor”. Each request needs a Postal Request Code from the lobby, “a unique combination of 12 digits” valid for 30 days from when it appears, and a handwritten 4x6 index card, one per envelope, mailed from the same state as the verified address. The reward is two Sweeps Coins per request. The Rules set no cap per day or week and no crediting date, and we have posted no mail-in request, so we cannot say how long crediting takes.
