We have not been paid by Sheesh Casino, so our own records cannot confirm that it pays. Our only account record is a signup still awaiting email confirmation at the last check, on July 16, 2026. A playthrough question queued July 13, 2026 was never sent because signup was incomplete. Our outside readings include a Trustpilot aggregate collected July 3, 2026: 2.4 out of 5 across 149 reviews, 61.7% of them negative.

On September 28, 2026, sheeshcasino.com answered with a security challenge page instead of its documents, so the rules below come from Internet Archive copies: the Terms and Conditions, version 1.3, archived March 29, 2026, and the Sweeps Rules, version 1.3, archived April 29, 2026. Our published September 8, 2026 note records an August support question and homepage observations. These describe neither a completed signup nor a redemption; the archived Rules cannot establish which conditions Sheesh would apply today.

Sheesh’s archived Rules cap daily and signup bonus redemptions at $25

Clause 6.16 of the archived Sweeps Rules says Sweeps Coins “obtained solely through the Daily Bonus or Signup Bonus are subject up to a maximum redemption value of $25.00 in total cumulative winnings per Participant.” Coins from a Gold Coin package under $20.00 are capped at $1,000 per single game outcome, and neither limit applies to packages of $20.00 or more. Clause 6.13 calls repeated attempts to redeem a balance built only from promotional credits “abuse of game mechanics,” and lets Sheesh “restrict the account and forfeit the remaining promo balance, while preserving the Participant’s ability to continue using it for gameplay and promotional activities.”

Clause 4.6 requires allocated Sweeps Coins to be “played three times” before redemption, and lets Sheesh raise that to “a greater number of times (not exceeding 20).” Under Rules 3.10 and Terms 10.12, Sweeps Coins expire sixty days after the last login.

No archived Sheesh document gives a daily or signup amount. Our earlier note recorded a 150% welcome headline on the homepage on September 8, 2026, with no price, coin amount or package beside it. The meta description of the newest archived homepage, from March 30, 2026, mentions “an exclusive welcome bonus” with no amount. The current wording of clause 6.16 needs checking before that $25 limit can be treated as current.

The mail-in request earns 3 Sweeps Coins at a Portland, Maine box

Rules 3.3 awards “3 Sweeps Coins” for each Request Card, one card per outer envelope. The card goes to P8D Interactive Inc., Sheesh Casino Sweepstakes Department, P.O. Box 9711, Portland, ME 04104. It must be handwritten in black ink, carry a 12-digit Postal Request Code that “expires 30 days after it is displayed,” and be posted from the state of the verified residential address. The Rules give no daily or weekly cap and no crediting timeline.

A July 2025 archive of the Rules gave the address as “PO BOX #TBA, PORTSMOUTH, NH TBA”. A Sweeps Rules change-log entry dated August 3, 2025 says the ZIP code and ink color were updated and “Our address is now final.” The 3-coin reward and the Portland box come from the April 2026 archive; confirm both in the current Rules before mailing.

The Terms and the Sweeps Rules disagree about California, Montana and New Jersey

The Excluded Territories definition in the Terms names California and Montana but not New Jersey. The excluded list in Terms clause 2.1 names California and New Jersey but not Montana. Sweeps Rules 1.1 carves Montana and New Jersey out of its Permitted Territories but not California. All three exclude Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, New York and Washington. Terms 3.2 says Gold Coin purchases from Washington, Michigan and Montana will be voided and refunded, less an administrative fee of up to 10% plus bank charges. A reader in California, Montana or New Jersey should get Sheesh’s current position in writing.

Sheesh’s $100 threshold conflicts with its 10-coin gift-card clause

The Rules preamble sets a flat $100 threshold and clause 6.5 asks for 100 eligible Sweeps Coins for a prize redemption, while clause 6.4 allows a gift card from 10 qualifying coins; the Rules do not reconcile the $100 threshold with the 10-coin gift-card minimum. Under Rules 6.3 and Terms 10.1, cash goes to the account or online wallet used to buy Gold Coins, and to a nominated bank account only “if this is not technically possible.” Terms 10.10 allows one request per 24 hours and says payment “may take up to 20 business days,” with up to 7 more days above $10,000.

Terms 11.2 keeps a request “pending” until verification is complete. Terms 11.3 adds checks on any single or cumulative redemption “exceeding a value of $2,000 (or any USD amount that is equivalent to or greater than $600 from time to time),” including source-of-funds documents, the previous year’s tax returns “if applicable” and a completed 1099 form on redemptions over $600. Terms 11.4 allows closure or restriction if a document is not supplied within 30 days of the first request. Under Terms 6.2, a name mismatch between the account and the payment method means the account “will be immediately suspended.” The archived AML policy from August 10, 2025 places ID at redemption, while Terms 3.1 asks for it “upon registration.” That copy also mentions “Shuffle’s terms of service,” another brand.

Our September 8, 2026 note also recorded a homepage live-activity table of Sweeps Coin play amounts, multipliers and results: game outcomes with no bank-payment date or prize-transfer reference. P8D Interactive is the named sponsor, and a solved-ticket notice gave no launch date

Sweeps Rules clause 2 names “P8D Interactive Inc. of Delaware, USA” as sponsor. The Privacy Policy archived August 10, 2025 gives a Wilmington, Delaware mailbox as head office. None of the archived Sheesh documents names a license or regulator.

Our earlier note records that on August 24, 2026 we asked Sheesh for its first public U.S. sweepstakes launch date. The same note records an August 29 notice saying the ticket would be marked solved because support had not heard back, and that replying would reopen it. It gave no launch date and did not say what further information support expected. Terms 21.4 says a complaint response may, “In some circumstances”, take up to 15 calendar days. That is a response window, while the August 29 notice closed a ticket without answering our launch-date question.
