We can’t confirm Acebet pays. We have no first-hand redemptions, our redemption factor sits in the middle of the pack, and the terms we retrieved describe only Gold Coin play: Section 6.12 states “GOLD COINS DO NOT HAVE ANY REAL MONEY VALUE,” and the document never lays out a redemption process. The “Promotional Play Rules” that would govern sweeps redemptions are available only on request from support. That gap drags down its tos_honesty factor and, in our assessment, shows up in outside coverage that is among the thinnest we’ve found (its reviews factor is one of its weakest).
The same terms set a 7-day deadline to produce KYC documents before account deactivation, forfeit balances after 60 days of inactivity with no purchase refunds, and require individual arbitration.
