SpinsAmerica’s February 28, 2026 account-status email explicitly marked the account active but not verified. It arrived alongside the welcome message. Reading that status as a completed identity check would reverse what the original notice actually said.

Account access and verification were separate

We reviewed the status email itself. It did not say an identification document had been accepted, give an approval date, or confirm eligibility for a prize. It invited questions to support about the status change.

The notice is useful original evidence of the account’s condition at that point. It does not establish the account’s current verification status, and we have not described it as a failed KYC attempt. An unverified account and a rejected verification submission are different situations; the email documented the former.

The June 14–20 display later records seven matching positive SC claims. Those observations show collection during a complete displayed week. They do not establish that verification was completed between February and June, or that those collected coins produced a delivered prize.

The current terms provide a short document-response window

The linked terms of service, effective March 25, 2026 and read September 8, permit restriction or closure if requested documents are not supplied in the required form within seven days. They also say redemption remains pending until required verification is completed to the operator’s satisfaction.

The same terms reserve additional procedures for single or cumulative prize redemptions above $600. That is a published verification trigger, not proof that smaller requests avoid checks or a statement about a player’s tax obligations.

Section 2.h further reserves discretionary closure with an optional refund calculated from purchase payments less previously delivered prizes, cancelling unpaid prizes when tendered. Completing KYC therefore does not, under these terms, remove every remaining condition on an unpaid request. We have not documented that closure process occurring to our account.

Keep the evidence in its actual order

The February message predates the current terms’ stated March effective date. The June claims follow it. We cannot use today’s policy wording to invent the reason for an earlier status message, and the later claim activity does not retrospectively turn the message into an approval.

SpinsAmerica’s supported account history currently consists of an explicit unverified-status notice and a complete observed claim week. A later verification decision and a request reconciled through delivery would be needed to extend that record to a tested redemption result.
