MrGoodwin’s August 29, 2026 email used a subject advertising up to 50 Free Plays that week. Its body told us to log in each day and collect up to 15 Free Plays, without explaining a day-by-day schedule that reconciled the two figures.

The larger headline is not a verified weekly total

We read the original email, including both figures. They might describe different daily and weekly limits, but the message did not set out that relationship clearly enough to reconstruct the calendar. We have not assumed 15 on every day, added the two numbers together, or treated the subject’s maximum as an award our account received.

There is no completed Free Play claim or outcome in the reviewed account evidence. Free Plays also differ from SC: their count alone does not establish the play level, the game, or the amount that might become eligible for redemption.

The MrGoodwin terms, version 2.0 dated February 27 and checked September 8, make those details discretionary. Section 7.7 lets the operator select the eligible games and play level, award Free Plays in place of other promotional prizes, and impose or change an aggregate winnings cap unless the specific promotion says otherwise. Winnings above that cap are not credited.

Those conditions are why a large Free Play count needs more context than a cash-like headline. We have not tested a cap or substitution on this account.

Support answered the research request without supplying a launch day

On August 24, we asked for the first public day of MrGoodwin’s U.S. prize-redemption product and a supporting historical record. The original outgoing message was timestamped 15:10:27 UTC; the substantive reply arrived at 15:16:41, an interval of six minutes and 14 seconds.

The reply said support could not provide or confirm the exact historical launch date or internal launch records. That was an answer to the request, but it did not resolve the date. We have not treated the response time as a KYC or payment measurement, or converted the terms’ effective date into a launch date.

The existing first-hand section logs earlier support interactions, but provides no completed redemption or detailed daily-claim sequence here. This additional correspondence adds a specific support outcome and a reward-description ambiguity. It does not establish a fully measured bonus schedule or successful prize delivery.
