Spintime

Our file has no Spintime account or test of its Section 6 inactivity fee, Section 7 chargeback clause or prize process. We have not been paid by Spintime, so our own records cannot confirm that it pays. Most of what follows comes from Spintime’s own documents, and they contradict each other about what the product is.

Our September 8, 2026 note records a homepage reading. We read it again on September 28, along with the Privacy Policy last updated June 10, 2026 and the Terms of Use and Service Agreement, dated June 15, 2026. Spintime edited those Terms after September 21 without changing that date, so the text a new player accepts may not be the one we read.

The homepage says 100% free, while the Terms set a $5 monthly fee on inactive accounts

The September 28 homepage calls Spintime “play-for-fun only” and “100% free, always,” with “No deposit, no payment details, no purchase required.” Our September 8, 2026 note recorded daily coins, a Coin Battery charged by playing, VIP benefits and tournaments with coin prizes, and said gameplay does not offer an opportunity to win real money. It also claims iOS and Android support; app store searches on September 28 found no Spintime listing. We have no observed redemption screen for Spintime, and its September 28 pages give no welcome amount, daily amount or Coin Battery rate.

Section 6 of the Terms calls an account with no login for 180 consecutive days inactive. Its holder is “obligated to pay” an inactive account fee of “$5.00 per calendar month or if applicable, part of a calendar month.” Spintime may collect it “prospectively or retroactively” from “any funds that at any time You have on deposit with Us.” Section 7 mentions “the credit instrument that You use to purchase entertainment game play” and says a credit card chargeback in any amount ends the account, with Spintime keeping “any prepaid or other credit balance” and “any promotional winnings.”

We have not seen the fee charged, and the Terms do not say which balance it would reach on a free-coin account. The unresolved question for support is which balance Section 6 covers.

Prize and tax clauses point to Award Rules that are missing from the page

The homepage footer says “NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY” to enter a free game promotion and points to the Terms of Use without linking them. The Terms describe “free game of chance promotions involving an award of value,” an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity and Liability Release that may be required as “a condition precedent” to receiving any prize, and IRS Form 1099-MISC information for prize awards “of more than $600” in a calendar year. The Privacy Policy says that when “cash winnings” from the free game of chance promotion reach $600 or more in a calendar year, Spintime will ask for a signature and Social Security number on a Form W-9.

The Terms header says the Award Rules follow on the same page, but the page we read on September 28 stops at Section 16, and we found no separate Award Rules page. No Spintime document we found names a prize currency, a free entry method, a play requirement, or a redemption minimum, method, fee or processing time. This is information, not tax advice. Tax rules and thresholds change; a tax professional can address a Spintime prize.

Entry-fee games and prize promotions are limited to adults 21 and over in the listed states

Section 3 of the Terms opens entry-fee games and free game of chance promotions only to people aged at least 21, while the homepage footer requires 21 or the local age of majority, whichever is higher. Section 3 limits those games and promotions to people who live in and play from Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas or Vermont. Participation from everywhere else is “blocked and ineligible to receive promotional prizes.” Our state records, set from the Terms on July 17, 2026, match that list.

The same section withholds prizes from anyone who “simultaneously maintains more than one account,” and makes a missed thirty-day deadline for an eligibility affidavit grounds for disqualification. The Privacy Policy says Spintime collects Social Security, driver’s license and passport numbers, and names no verification vendor or turnaround time.

The June 15 revision date no longer dates the state list

Our stored copies of the Terms from July 20 and August 31, 2026 did not name Wyoming among the excluded jurisdictions, and our archive still held that text on September 21. The copy we read on September 28 adds Wyoming and still prints “Last Revised:June 15th, 2026.”

Wyoming was absent from every eligible list we hold, so its state record is unchanged. Two different texts now carry the same June 15 date. Section 4 makes changes “effective immediately upon notice” and counts a new revision date as that notice, so the printed date cannot show when today’s text took effect.

Spintime names Mecklenburg County as its arbitration venue

The Terms say the service is “owned and operated by CGS Group, LLC,” a South Carolina company at 2151 Pickens Street, Suite 500, Columbia, and neither the Terms nor the Privacy Policy names another company or any regulator. Our catalog groups Spintime with UTech Solutions LLC of Afton, Wyoming, based on a California Privacy Notice we read on July 17, 2026. We could not find that notice on September 28, so we do not treat the link as settled ownership.

Section 5 requires a customer to take a dispute to Customer Support first. Section 16 lists a support chat, a “24-hour support desk” at support@spintime.games and a post office box in Kings Mountain, North Carolina; the Privacy Policy adds a phone number. If the dispute is unresolved after thirty days, either side may start binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association, seated in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Claims must be individual, and if the class action waiver is held unenforceable, the arbitration provision is “deemed null, void in its entirety.”

Section 5 also refers to “the choice of law and forum selection provided for below,” but no choice-of-law sentence follows. Arbitration rules and state law change, and Spintime can revise these Terms, so this is information, not legal advice; a lawyer can say how they apply to a specific dispute.
