SpinTime: its agreement permits an inactivity fee
The SpinTime homepage, inspected September 8, 2026, describes daily coins, a Coin Battery charged through play, VIP benefits, and tournaments with coin prizes. It calls the platform play-for-fun and says gameplay does not offer an opportunity to win real money.
Coin rewards do not establish a cash-prize offer
The public description does not provide a fixed welcome-coin amount, a Coin Battery conversion rate, or a complete daily reward schedule. We have not verified a separate award-redemption route that would justify presenting those entertainment features as redeemable SC bonuses.
The agreement contains a separate dollar-denominated charge
Section 6 of the agreement dated June 15, 2026 defines inactivity as 180 consecutive days without login. For an inactive account that has not been terminated, it permits $5 per calendar month or part-month, with prospective or retrospective debits against funds on deposit.
That clause is not a statement that five game coins expire each month. It also does not prove SpinTime has charged this account. The relationship between the homepage’s coin-only presentation and the agreement’s funds-and-awards provisions remains unresolved in our review.
Before leaving any funds associated with this service, a player needs an account-specific explanation of what balance the clause can affect and how to close the account.
